★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so bad they say in the beginning that they will put you in sea view room but actually they put me in apartment far from the beach the second thing is that they put me in ground floor and the smell of the toilet coming back inside the room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a very unfortunate experience. Staff was unable to refresh our towels/sheets due to broken laundry machine (!). Room was expected to be cleaned daily especially considering current virus times. Additionally staff behavior was mostly rude and there has been a lot of noise during unappropriated times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice value for money. Big, spacious rooms that make you feel comfortable. It's also very near to the beach with all the cafes and restaurants. Big asset the fact that the staff is very friendly!

What they don't want you to know: there are two hotels - Agistri Apartments and Oasis Skala Beach Hotel, which rooms are sold as if together, which is purposely misleading. Rooms at Agistri Apartments are not by the beach with pool. Instead they are within town, in a claustrophic set of apartments.
The kitchenette was not fully equipped. I had to request all necessary cutlery and pan. The cooker didnt work, which was unfortunate as I found out half way through making crepes for breakfast....! :(
Management didn't care about helping, and it's clear they have a policy of hiring very young unexperienced staff (who are very nice but can't do anything), probably under paid. Again not the image they sell on their website and not a mentality I want to support.
What a waste of time instead of being at the beach!
There are plenty of decent accommodations on the island for the same price or even cheaper. For instance I am now staying at C-view in Megalochori and it's paradise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In don't know how they do but my comment here has been removed twice. Very bad experience last September 2021. Rooms were nice and clean BUT: bad smell from underground pipes. They said it was already fixed but it wasn't. Broken fridge, it didn't close properly because of extra icing in the freezer. Instead of fixing it or changing it, they decided to leave it wide open while I was out to unfreeze it all. The result was water on the floor all the way down to the bed. The worst part is that the management treated the matter as if I was just expecting too much. I decided to leave two nights earlier than expected, I got refunded but they even kept the tourist taxes from it. Just ridiculous approach to problem solving and customer satisfaction.
The responsibles are in another hotel 5 minutes walking from the apartments. Young and unexperienced staff.
There is not direct access to the beach and no view from the balconies. At the same cost you can easily find better solutions on the island

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical room, but very clean with hot water all the time, has all it's basic comforts and the staff was very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend them and I will definitely prefer them again in the future
