★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the villa, on the arrival day the owners tell us that it’s not available, so we had no accommodation at our arrival. As we already paid the villa, they didn’t make any action to refund our money. We are still waiting for the refund of our failed booking and the booking company told us, the owners were not available and then there was a language barrier. I hope we get back our 500$. This seems like a real fraud.
