★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, but poor quality. Hat started pilling after only one wear. Raised quality issues with the business and they offered to replace the hat and arrange for the return of the sub-standard product. When I tried to arrange a time for collection as they requested, it was radio silence. Didn’t respond to follow up messages. Very disappointing.
