★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Ζητάμε ένα τρίκλινο και τους ενημερώνουμε ότι έχουμε ένα μικρό σκυλάκι. Μας κάνουν κράτηση μας δινουν λογαριασμό τραπέζης κάνουμε κατάθεση και μετά από 8 ημέρες μας παίρνουν τηλέφωνο για να μας πουν ότι δεν δέχονται σκυλάκια και να πάμε χωρίς το ζώο η να μας επιστρέψουν την προκαταβολή. Το να μη δέχονται ζώα στο κατάλυμα τους είναι επιλογή τους και είναι σεβαστή και αποδεκτή.
Το να μην ξέρουν όμως εάν δέχονται ζώα και να σε ενημερώνουν 8 ημέρες μετά από την κράτηση και την κατάθεση προκαταβολής είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτο.
Unacceptable. We ask for a triple and let them know that we have a small dog. They book us, give us a bank account, we make a deposit and after 8 days they call us to tell us that they do not accept dogs and to go without the animal or to return the deposit to us. Not accepting animals in their accommodation is their choice and is respected and accepted.
However, not knowing if they accept animals and informing you 8 days after the reservation and deposit is forgivably unacceptable.

The rooms have running water after rain from the problematic roof.
