★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, last night was one of those difficult situations...we ordered delivery as usual, customers at this restaurant for many years now...and due to bad weather the order should take more than usual... about 40 minutes.
Ok, no problem, we understand, after 80 minutes we called in order to ask if we can still expect the delivery, yes, your order is already out for delivery.
We had to call again, just to learn that something was mixed up, finally after more than 2 hours we got our delivery!
Again, we know that things like this can happen, we are satisfied clients of Agrafa for years after all...
What we can't understand and accept:
Not a single word of: "We are sorry for that, please excuse us!" from no one at Agrafa during the whole back and forth of calling, asking and final delivery.... shouldn't you be ashamed of such a behaviour?
We're very disappointed!
