J	Jean Michel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un endroit calme et au standard de qualité très élevé. Tout est nickel. L'équipement de cuisine est plutôt bien fourni. La vue est superbe. Le quartier, sur les hauteurs de Kalamata, vaut le coup d'être découvert et vous permet de vous sentir comme à la maison dans un décor neuf, au design sobre et agréable. Grand supermarché un peu plus bas. Naturellement, une visite est indispensable pour s'y rendre. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. We have loved the place. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the necessary equipment and one flat TV in each room. Wifi networks was very correct. The outside terrace just convenient for breakfast and evening aperitifs... Georgia, the landlord's daughter, was here to help us in english and we have enjoyed her advice and her welcoming family. We were so happy that we have decided to extend our stay... A quiet place with a very high standard of quality. Everything is nickel. The kitchen equipment is rather well supplied. The view is superb. The district, on the heights of Kalamata, is worth discovering and allows you to feel at home in a new decor, with a sober and pleasant design. Large supermarket a little further down. Of course, a visit is essential to get there. We will return to it with great pleasure. We have loved the place. Επίσης έχει πολύ μικρό νιπτήρα και τα νερά πέφτουν κάτω αν π.χ. θέλεις να πλύνεις τα δόντια σου. Ωραίο σαλόνι αλλά.... In the bathroom there is the staircase of the 1st floor and you have to bend down! Do not close the ground floor! M	Maggy Tsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .. υπέροχο φαινομενικά μέρος σε όμορφο φυσικό μέρος.Δυστυχως όμως ενώ είναι ανακαινισμένο κατά τη διαμονή μας παρατηρήσαμε σοβαρές εκλείψεις στην συντήρηση των ανακαινισμένων δωματίων. Πχ. Τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών με τα εξογκώματα και τα ελατήρια να προεξέχουν πληγώνοντας την Πλάτη μας δε μας άφησαν να κοιμηθούμε στις διακοπές μας ενώ δεν υπήρχαν κρεμαστρες και γάντζοι στο διαμέρισμα προκειμένου να εξυπηρετήσουν βασικές καθημερινές ανάγκες. επίσης τα επιπλα οπως πχ τα κομοδίνα ειχαν ξεκαρφωθει από τη θέση τους και δυστυχώς κανένας ιδιοκτήτης δε μπήκε στη διαδικασία να τσεκαρει το αν είναι λειτουργικά ή αν χρειάζονται κάποιο κάρφωμα. Λυπάμαι πολύ για την αξιολόγηση αυτή.Μακάρι να ήταν διαφορετικά, .. seemingly wonderful place in a beautiful natural place. Unfortunately, while it is renovated during our stay we noticed serious eclipses in the maintenance of the renovated rooms. E.g. The mattresses of the beds with the knobs and the springs protruding hurting our backs did not let us sleep on our vacation while there were no hangers and hooks in the apartment in order to serve basic daily needs. also the furniture such as the bedside tables were nailed from their place and unfortunately no owner entered the process to check if they are functional or if they need some nailing. I'm very sorry about this assessment. I wish it were different,
