★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything was great food staff appearance service rooms for these deserve five stars poooor i will put you three because something was lost in my room and when we reported the loss the answer we got from the staff was no chance this never happened to us ,,,, heyyyy people wake up I'm reporting to you that something was lost and I get this answer instead of asking who got it I would come back to you but that penalized you ... good job
