★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παιρνω τηλεφωνο για να πω το προβλημα που ειχα με ενα εξαρτημα απο το κομπρεσερ και η γυναικα στο τηλεφωνο με ζηταει το νουμερο του τηλ. και με λεει οτι θα με καλεσουν αυτοι.Ακομα περιμενω.
Πηγαινω στο καταστημα στη Μοναστηριου,δεν ειμαι απο Θεσσαλονικη,εχω 1 ωρα δρομο μπροστα μου για να φτασω.
Οταν μπηκα ο πωλητης εδειξε αδιαφορια και απροθυμια να μ'εξυπηρετησει λεγοντας οτι επρεπε να εχω το εξαρτημα μαζι μου και εγω να του λεω οτι εστω και στα τελευταια του δεν μπορουσα να το φερω γιατι το μηχανημα δουλευει πολλες ωρες.
Δεν σεβαστηκε ουτε το δρομο που εκανα,ουτε οτι ηταν η δουλεια του να μ'εξυπηρετησει,εως αγενη θα τον χαρακτηριζα.
Απλα απαραδεκτοι και εννοειται ουτε απ'εξω θα ξαναπερασω.
I'm on the phone to say the problem I had with an accessory from the compressor and the woman on the phone asks for my cell phone number and tells me they will call me.
I go to the shop in Monastir, I'm not from Thessaloniki, I have a 1 hour drive in front of me to get there.
When the salesman showed me indifferent and reluctant to serve me by saying that I had to have the item with me and I would tell him that even in his last I could not bear it because the machine is working for many hours.
He did not respect either the way I did, nor his job to serve me, until I was rude to characterize him.
Simply unacceptable and meaningless or out of the way I'll be over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πωλητής απαράδεκτος..μας κορόιδευε ότι θα έφερνε εξαρτήματα για το μηχάνημα και ποτέ δεν ήρθε ενώ ήξερε ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να δουλέψουμε χωρίς αυτά..παρόλα τα τηλεφωνήματα στον πωλητή όπου μας έλεγε θα μας πάρει τηλέφωνο να μας ενημερώσει δεν μας επερνε ποτε..αφού πήραμε τηλέφωνο στην εταιρεία αντί να μας εξυπηρετησουν άμεσα δικαιολόγησαν τον πωλητή..να γνωρίζετε ότι δεν είστε μοναδικοί..άλλη εταιρεία μας εξυπηρέτησε αμεσα
Unacceptable salesman..mocked us that he would bring parts for the machine and he never came while he knew that we could not work without them..despite the phone calls to the seller where he told us he would call us to inform us he never came to us..since we called the company instead of serving us immediately they justified the seller..know that you are not unique..other company served us immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα εργασίας παπούτσια u power και μέσα σε ένα μήνα καταστράφηκαν ολοσχερώς, ξεκόλλησαν τα πλαστικά και κοματιάστηκαν στην κυριολεξία.Αντί να τα αντικαταστήσουν δωρεάν αγόρασα ένα άλλο ζευγάρι με μια μικρή έκπτωση.Πιθανόν οφειλόταν σε μακρυά ημερομηνία κατασκευής.Κατασκευαστηκαν πριν οκτώ χρόνια.
I bought u power work shoes and within a month they were completely destroyed, the plastics peeled off and were literally torn to pieces. Instead of replacing them for free I bought another pair with a small discount. Probably due to a long construction date. They were made eight years ago.
