J	John Hendrickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is top-notch! No self-service laundry in the premises, but there is an awesome laundromat 2 minutes away. We didn’t eat at the hotel much, but did enjoy a drink in the bar - the staff brought us our bottle of champagne, then cut up some kiwi and apples for us to enjoy complimentary. The water pressure in the shower is so good it’s borderline painful. My only gripe is that the rooms take a while to cool down with the AC (mid-June). One cool, it stayed cool and comfortable though.

The room was great, we had a family room with a huge balcony, and were offered a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Also, the breakfast was really nice. The big highlight is how super friendly and helpful all members of staff were. We'll definitely be staying there again sometime.

In all my years of globetrotting, having graced the finest and sweetest furnishings of the top class Hotels but nothing; absolutely nothing quite say it better nor compare to services from the Heart! Yet; clearly many hoteliers took it for granted and decided to let the hardware speak for itself! It’s just furnishings. It’s cold and void of real creature comforts and needs. This is where the Front Reception- Stella comes in! She’s a Professional Hotelier, Impeccably Efficient coupled with Initiatives and Intuition into the Guests’ needs, that could take the 5 Stars Services from the Heart to a whole new different level! Weary business travellers like us yearns to meet and are very appreciative of Front Receptionist like Stella; but it’s only once in a blue moon, do we get to encounter a vibrant person such as herself! I applaud her. She’s definitely an asset to any hospitality business she chooses to work for! Eric Room 401

Catering the every request of mine like printing documents, changing of rooms etc. And the breakfast, among like 7-8 other high-end hotels in Athens is the best. Highly recommend.
T	Tom Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very good as a stay for a business trip. The rooms were clean and not super big, but that is not really needed. The bathroom was modern and spacious. In the evening there it the option to order something to eat or drink at the bar, which both is super uncomplicated. You can even play billiards or table soccer for free. The breakfast was a huge collection of different foods, from bread to fresh eggs to cereal or sweets. Coffee, tea, juice, water and even different types of milk were offered. The location is good for travelling because the metro station is nearby as well as a bus station for the airport bus.

I like the simple yet cozy decoration in the room. And the customer service at the front desk is exceptional. I forgot to ask for the gentleman's name, but I want to show my appreciation for the little extra step he took. That made me feel like I'm a valued customer. Stella was also very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
