k	kwstas tzoumas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι... μου γύρισαν τα χαλιά όπως τους τα έδωσα... μάλιστα μου είπαν σαν δικαιολογία ότι έπρεπε να τους αναφέρω τη βρωμιά είχε το κάθε χαλί (!!!!) για να χρησιμοποιήσουν τα κατάλληλα καθαριστικά...ΑΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΔΥΝΑΤΟΝ... μάλλον ήθελαν να δουν πιο χαλί έχει λεκέδες και πιο θέλει φρεσκάρισμα για να μην μπαίνουν στον κόπο και τα πλένουν όλα... άθλιοι..... Αν μπορούσα δεν θα τους έβαζα καν αστέρι.... Just unacceptable ... they turned the rugs as I gave them ... they even told me as an excuse that I had to tell them the dirt had every carpet (!!!!) to use the proper cleaners ... IF POSSIBLE ... they probably like to see more carpet with stains and they want freshness so they don't get bored and they wash everything ... miserable ..... If I couldn't even put a star on them ...

Όταν πήγα στο γραφείο να ζητήσω εξηγήσεις για τις χρεώσεις με έστελναν στο ιδιοκτήτη. Με έδιωχναν από το γραφείο κακήν κακώς. Δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι να με ενημερώσουν, έλεγαν. Όταν ζήτησα αποδεικτικά των χρεώσεων δεν υπήρχαν. Αν υπήρχαν ήταν παραποιημένα, πλαστά. Φωτοτυπίες τις κακιάς ώρας, με το ζόρι έβλεπες τι νούμερα έγραφε. Όταν τελικά έδωσε εξηγήσεις ο υπεύθυνος έτρεμε και τραυλιζε . Όταν επικοινώνησα με τον ιδιοκτήτη, καθώς με ενημέρωσε η διαχειριστική ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσω τα χρωστουμενα κοινόχρηστα του προηγούμενου ενοικιαστή (220€) και ότι είχε συμφωνήσει να τα βρω στο επόμενο ενοίκιο ο ιδιοκτήτης. Ψέμα! Δεν είχε συμφωνήσει πότε σε κάτι τέτοιο ο ιδιοκτήτης. Υπερχρέωση σε καθαριστικά και υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού πολυκατοικίας. 8 λίτρα υγρού καθαρισμού τζαμιών και 3 λίτρα καθαριστικά πατώματος, σε πολυκατοικία με 5 διαμερίσματα. Έλεος! Χρεώσεις σε καύσιμα πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης γιατί χειμώνα του 2020 με απόδειξη παρακαλώ του 2017 ! Μακριά! The worst in apartment building management. Lies lies again lies. Over-indebtedness! Far away! When I went to the office to ask for explanations for the charges I was sent to the owner. I was kicked out of the office badly. They did not have to inform me, they said. When I asked for proof of charges they did not exist. If there were they were fake, fake. Photocopies of the bad times, you could hardly see what numbers he was writing. When he finally gave explanations, the person in charge was shaking and stuttering. When I contacted the landlord, as the management informed me that I had to pay the owed debts of the previous tenant (220 €) and that the landlord had agreed to find them at the next rent. Lie! The owner had never agreed on such a thing. Over-indebtedness to cleaners and cleaning services of an apartment building. 8 liters of liquid for cleaning windows and 3 liters of floor cleaners, in an apartment building with 5 apartments. Mercy! Charges for heating oil fuel because winter of 2020 with receipt please of 2017! Far away!
