Amazing view from the pool terrace. From the name I assumed it was more a couple's only hotel, but the pool was overun with children especially over the weekend period of our weeks stay. Despite other reviews about the breakfast being really good, I was a little disappointed with the limited breakfast selection, if it hadn't been for the reviews the breakfast was Ok, nice fresh cake slices and I had Greek yogurt everyday with musli as there was only bread with jams, ham, cheese and overcooked eggs to choose from. Filtered coffee and concentrated juice. The quality of the produce was quite basic. The room we booked was with a sea view, but we just got cars. You could feel the springs in the mattress. However we slept in seperate beds which helped not feel the springs. The room was a good size and good aircon. The location of the hotel was ideal and we did all the recommended visits on the website which were amazing. My rating is based on - service, view, recommended activities and location.

Nice swimming pool of course, BUT several negative points: - We arrived there at 1 pm. The check in time supuse to be at 3 pm (enough late, because of the Covid...). At 3.30 pm we still dont have room asigned.... There was aldo no changing room, just de wc of the restaurant (closed because of the Covid) and quite dirty. - The room was dirty too. Bathroom with clear evidence of the previous guest (multiple hairs and footprints...) They come to clean it. - The whole place need maintenance or be fixed. Broken tiles around the swimming pool, hornet's nest in the shower of the pool, none of the old windows in the room closed properly. - We have a dark room on the low level. - Worse mattress than much cheaper hoteles. I cannot recommend it at all. I recommend to look for another swimming pool.

The room was very dirty(no covid measure at all).The toilet was tiny and if you are up to 90kg very difficult to be inside. They didn't have something to hang the towels or something to dry.

Stay far way from this hotel. We were forced to change hotel We arrived in the hotel at 14:00 o clock,1 later from the time that we agreed .They informed us that there were not towels in the room. We complained about that and they told us that they will give us pool towels. When we opened them branches trees felt I the room. We complained again and immediately they gave us towels from an another room. We spent more than one hour in the room and decided to checkout and leave. Apart from that we asked to change room and pay the difference. Our request was not acceptable Moreover the room had a strange smell. Many insects in the room. Sheets and curtains had spots. Bathroom was not so clean. Finally they did not accept our request to return back the money that you paid. These people that manage the hotel are not professional The only person that tried to find a solution was the girl in the reception She was very polite and helpful But the upper management was tragic

Friendly professional staff, lovely pool with a view of the Monemvasia rock. Clean rooms and generous breakfast. The only complaint is the small bathroom. Generally a family friendly lovely hotel!

Very helpful staff! Mara and Stathis are there to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. Great location, too! Very close to Monemvasia Castle, with plenty of parking spots. The room was what we expected. Clean and had the basic equipment for our stay.

Stayed for a weekend with my wife. We booked an "executive double room" according to the offer and got really disappointed with the size of the room being barely larger than the double bed. The manager offered as a larger room (with an extra bedroom) so we decided to stay. The price offered was fair (time of visit first week of September) nevertheless there were some complaints. The bathroom was very small, there was only a shower and a toilet separated by a glass divider. A person a bit larger or taller than average would have pretty hard time when using the toilet. It is really a pitty since the room had an extra shower that was actually worthless (not to mention that the opening was so small that an adult could barely fit through the shower opening. The sink was actually in a countertop next to the bed which was a bit strange at least. On the bright side, the pool (filled with sea water) and the surrounding space was very nice. There was even a basketball court where kids can play. The room was also very clean with housekeeping service every day. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was not offered in a buffet but in a special box, so it was rather simple/poor. The manager and his assistant were very friendly and polite and if it wasn't for their positive and accommodating attitude we would probably asked to cancel the booking and get refunded. From three stars, one is clearly for them. If you can get a price deal or offer it is probably a decent option but look also for other options if available.
