Akritas Ef Zin Villas & Suites - National Road Paliouri 4th km

Nice villas with a lot of options and conditions. Pools are good and a lot of flowers making the air smelling really nice. The view is great as well. And now the bad thing. What's not good is the things they sell and describe on the website. We were 8 people and paid for a private villa with a pool. It was supposed to have 4 bedrooms and two additional sofa beds. The one bedroom magically disappeared though. After speaking with the manager they were trying to convince us that the common area is the bedroom. Strange standard and understanding of what a bedroom is. No compensation and tolerance was made by obviously "mistake" by their side. Clearly they did not manage to show is where the 4th room is we had to deal with what we had. After hour and a half arguing and trying to come up with a decent solution, it was not found. Not the best beginning of a vacation.

Decent accommodations, although not very clean. Good view towards the sea. You need a car to reach the beach but there is a pool. The manager's attitude towards us was terrible. We paid for a four bedrooms villa and were surprised to see it only had 3. Instead of an apology and fixing the issue, the manager and his staff argued with us that a small bed in the common kitchen area is the bedroom. I would not come here again and advise you to be careful.

I just dont have enough words to write how amazing this place is!!! The staff is just perfect, the view,pool everything is just perfect and amazing! I can just say that if you choose this place you will love it and enjoy every minute of it. I will for sure visit yhis placce. I just have yo say thank you to the staff and cant wait to visit again. And since the highest i can rate this place is 5 i stil give it a 1000!!!

Beautiful, spacious well priced! If you have a car and you're staying in the area, you don't need to look elsewhere and pay more, this is the hotel for you. They have a beautiful tavern with an amazing view.

The stay was an entire deception. You can’t trust the photos, you can’t picture the horrible smell of moisture and old that fill the entire room, the entire vacation. The deception ruined a part of our vacations, really they are tons of other locations here you can go instead of there. The room is dirty, the spa is a joke dirty and non fonctional, the shower tray has no door, insects in the room, no proper way to keep your privacy from the outdoor, the key first gave us was non fonctional neither…. Tons of other things that made this room the worst we had but no time to spend anymore on that horrible stay and terrible joke. The further the idea of this « villa » is the better I feel.

The worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. They sell it as a four star hotel and it's not even two stars. The bathroom had rust and mold. The hot-cold in the bathroom were swapped. There was no hot water after 9pm. The flush was leaking and there was always water on the bathroom floor, you were forced to have a towel on the floor all the time, to avoid slipping. The bathroom hanger was coming out of its place, like everything else. Old equipment everywhere in the rooms. Frayed wallpaper. Doorknobs that were unscrewed and wobbling. Dangerous floor stops on the shutters, if you tripped or fell on them you would get seriously hurt. Dirty antiquated kitchenette. The door key would stick and not open. Broken window meshes. Dirty, moldy cushions on the outside couches, I killed two centipedes when I picked them up. Bugs - mosquitoes, centipedes, etc. were also in the rooms. The wifi sucked, it connected but you didn't have internet. One week it didn't work once. Very bad mobile signal, mobile Internet didn't work either. The pool area is dirty. No shower at the pool, nor instructions that you must shower before getting in the pool. Old crumbling lounge chairs with dirty mattresses that ants were walking around on. Dilapidated stair rails, you could fall down. Broken tiles outside the pool, too easy to sprain your ankle or break a leg. Stray animals were coming in and out of the “hotel” area and coming at your patio to ask for food, at night they drank water from the pool. The TV had two Russian channels and five Greek channels, only one worked. Frenzy and disrespect. The owners had a birthday party with Russian songs from 6 to 11-12 at night. The next day it was noisy for a whole day from construction work in adjacent rooms (without any notification, of course). A big group came for a bachelor and a wedding and they had very loud music until 2 in the morning, without anyone from the "hotel" being interested. Doubtful sense of cleanliness. They have one cleaner for all the "villas", who obviously doesn't have time to do much. You have to ask her to do something. She mopped (after we asked) with dirty water, which stunk up the place. The very same problems were experienced by neighbouring tenants we spoke to. The “hotel”‘s manager does not even care, all they care for is getting the money.

It has a great pool into the building complex near the apartment. Also you have a great view over the sea and wonderful nature. The architecture is also very fascinating. You have a lot of privacy there to enjoy your holidays. The staff is also very polite and speak many languages.

Loved it stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was very clean. The pool in front of our villa was extraordinary. Clean, spacious, open at all times. Friendly staff helped us with everything we asked. A welcome gift waited for us as soon as we came (a bottle of wine). Amenities were provided. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant but the view was astonishing. Only complain was that the hydraulics inside the villa (though in working condition they need a service in order to meet the standards of the rest of the establishment). Totally recommended we will visit again.
