★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel on the boardwalk in Loutraki. The hotel has a grand and elegant old style vibe. The best room is the 2nd floor corner suite with wrapped balcony. I spend a week in this room. It was so nice I barely wanted to leave it. I sat on the balcony overlooking the sea view and people at the restaurant below. They serve a free breakfast for guests. The owner Panayiotis is so kind. Live traditional music once a week. We loved it. Will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Family run business. Service exceptional. Don’t be fooled by the two star category. The location and service was five stars. The management is continuously upgrading the hotel. We just travelled from Athens staying at a five star hotel and found Acti on par except the decor was aged and minimalistic. The hotel is right on the water and our balcony was larger than our bedroom. Back in its old days, the hotel housed kings and the high society but had not been well maintained. A no frills amazing hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.. Negative: aged decor and simple continental breakfast but for the price it is the best value in Loutraki..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were upgraded to a big room with sea view. The rooms were clean. In terms of decor it is a weird mixture of old and partially renovated. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is old and the room I stayed in needed some serious renovation. The price was low enough though and I knew what I was getting.
However, I can't say the same for the hotel's coffee shop. I got breakfast there once and it was not only terrible but expensive too. The next day I tried breakfast items from places within walking distance and they were way better at 1/3 of the price.
