★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality restaurant with a gorgeous view to Pera Gialos and Chora of Astypalaia. Prices are very reasonable, the menu is picked out nicely to include fresh fish that they bring in daily. I'd recommend either a grilled fresh tuna dish or lobster spaghetti, they're well known are the island for both of these.
In any case, everyone I visited I was more than satisfied with everything.
PS: the best attribute are the tables literally built on the rocks. For max experience you can book one of them in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh fish with delicious appetizers served at a reasonable price sums up this restaurant. One of the greatest places I have eaten in Greece. Tables have tons of privacy, together with the wonderful view creates a very romantic atmosphere. Service is prompt all staff is fluent in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Akti because we heard from word of mouth that it offers some of the best views towards the old port and the Chora with its beautiful castle. And it was true! Out table was situated in a small balcony like area allowing us privacy but also offering the beautiful views. With respect to the food we had a delicious local version of Caprese salad made with local cheese and a 2kg dusky grouper among seasonal greens and vegetables. As the season was towards its end the full menu was not available and the 2kg fish was the only available on this day. We enjoyed it among a nice white wine from the Greek vineyard. I also dare to say that the wine list options were limited but we really enjoyed our selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view by night over the Chora and the old Skala harbour, wonderful service, helpful and accurate, excellent food of tradition and contemporary cuisine revisited. Good list of Greek wines. Totally recommend this fantastic restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a bit sceptic reading some reviews, but in the end the quality of the food didn’t disappointed us. We took some delicious Mafaldines with seafood, ceviche, orange and figs salad and the milezanes cheesecake. I can confirm that it has an amazing view of the chora! Prices higher than the average of the island. Overall recommend
