★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually write reviews but I have to share my experience at this shop in Mykonos. Showroom by Al Giga has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in the fashion industry and know the value of exceptional customer service can translate to a sale and repeat purchases. Instead, I was rudely shuffled out of the store and told to shop elsewhere like Chanel and Louis Vuitton if I was looking to browse and do not plan to make a purchase. I also shared my experience on the business’s IG and instead of addressing my comments, I found out I was blocked. Again, this only comes to show this is a business that does not have a sense of what it means to service the customers. Note to #greekdesigners, find a better retail partner to represent your products that will allow your brand to be better represented in the global market place. I’m surprised this place even has more than 1 star ?

The special attention you get and the fittings as well as the uniquely designed jewellery collection make it a all full and transforming experience. You will be addicted.
