Pleasant stay, friendly owners, very close to the beach, clean rooms, rich equipment, impeccable prices. I highly recommend it. I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villas are comfortable, fresh, and are not expensive. They are closest one to the beach and surrounded by small supermarket and a bar, where you can eat and drink. The beach is with very nice sand and is shallow - perfect for kids. The rocks on the two sides of the beach are full of life - a lot of fishes, which can be seen easily as the water is cristal clear. The villas have kitchens, so you can cook by yourself. The big teresa's on the second floor can fit entire family or even all the people from both villas. They have superb view to the beach and especially at sundown.
Excellent choice.

It looks good from the pictures, it probably was when it was built. Now the entire property is dated and far from clean.
The bedroom on the first floor has no window and is smelly. The bathroom on the first floor had ants everywhere and when reported to the owners the response was: ‘but there are ants everywhere!’. Well, I don’t like them on my kids’ toothbrushes. The terrace on the first floor is straight on the road and not at all safe for children.
The bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor are very small.
There is free linen, but they don’t change it during a week-long stay. We also had to buy the toilet paper.
The kitchen is equiped, but you even have to buy your own salt and pepper - from the owner’s shop next door, of course.
The only good thing about it is the location, a step away from Atspas beach.
