Hotel rooms are really nice with large balconny, small kitchen, wifi is good and internet speed is very good for Greece. It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the main resort street. I warmly recommend staying here, and I'm planing to return this year.
M	Michael Pufahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 10days in August! We had a room on the top floor with a nice Seaview! The room was equipped with a double bed and a sleeping couch! The equipment/furniture are almost new and the room was clean! Every day the cleaning ladies did a good job! There is a small kitchenette in the room in case you like to prepare food by yourself! The bathroom is small but clean and there is all what you need, even some small cosmetic products (shampoo/shower gel)! A bit disturbing is the window between the room and the bathroom....no clue if it's modern, but at least there is a blind that you can close when you sit on the toilet?! The view from the terrace towards the Mediterranean is fabulous! The only things that were not so good, the dishes were totally dirty and there were only 2 chairs on the balcony (we were 3)! When I asked for another one they said they will see if they have one, but we never got any! The air condition worked well and in the basement there is a little cafe/bar! In total I can recommend Alarzo Rooms in Paralia! P. S. the owner has a very friendly dog....my daughter loved her?

I've never given a 10 out of 10 until now, but for Alarzo I'd have given an 11. We had a room with sea view. Perfect location - meters to a sandy beach, but on the 2nd line staying away from the noisy main street. However, the view isn't hindered and you see perfectly the sea and the beach. The hotel itself is perfectly maintained. The rooms are not big, but exactly the size you'd feel comfortable in. Cleaning was top. Owners are kind and helpful. Best price-value ratio ever.. Negative: Too little things to bother one, but still: When closing a room door, you need to hit it harder and it's noisy. Optional breakfast in the hotel on the other side of the street (same owner) would be nice..
