★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών έχει αλλάξει επίπεδο ολοι οι υπόλοιποι και ειδικά ο κύριος Ορέστης στην είσοδο ειναι ευγενικοί και πολυ εξυπηρετικοί. Πλέον όλοι μπαίνουν με την σειρά τους και δεν πλακωνόμαστε σαν ζώα όπως γινόταν στο παρελθόν. Η αίτηση για διαβατήριο και ταυτότητα θα σας πάρει μόνο 30 λεπτά και θα πρέπει να πάτε μόνο 15 λεπτά πριν το ραντεβού σας δεν χρειάζεται να κρατήσει κανένας σειρά από τις 5 το χάραμα για να μπει πρώτος. Ας προσπαθήσουμε όλοι να συνεχιστεί αυτή η κατάσταση μπας και γίνουμε άνθρωποι κάποια στιγμή.
 The service of the citizens has changed level, everyone else and especially Mr. Orestes at the entrance are polite and very helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ντρέπομαι πραγματικά για αυτό που συμβαίνει με την πρεσβεία μας ! Είναι απαράδεκτο το γεγονός ότι για να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους πέρνει μέρες πολλές και αφού τα έχουμε καταφέρει δεν μας βοηθάνε αλλά μας ειρωνεύονται και από πάνω ….. Δηλαδή ένα παιδί όπως εγώ που μεγάλωσα εδώ και δεν γνωρίζω καλά την μητρική μου γλώσσα το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να τους μιλάω στα αλβανικά και να γελάνε μετά να τους μιλάω στα ελληνικά για να μπορώ να συννενοηθω για το χαρτί που χρειάζομαι και συνεχίζουν να μου απαντούν στα αλβανικά πολύ βιαστικά και χωρίς καμία διάθεση να ακούσουν το πρόβλημα μου !
I'm really ashamed of what is happening to our embassy! It is unacceptable that in order to communicate with them it takes many days and after we have succeeded they do not help us but they make fun of us from above Δη .. That is, a child like me who grew up here and does not know my mother tongue well, I consider it unacceptable I speak to them in Albanian and they laugh then I speak to them in Greek so that I can communicate about the paper I need and they continue to answer me in Albanian very hastily and without any mood to hear my problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι..... πήγα να κάνω μια εξουσιοδότηση κ ο κύριος στο γκισέ ήταν ειρωνικός.... απαιτούσε να του μιλάμε αλβανικά...
Πως γίνεται άνθρωποι που είναι ομογενείς,από ελληνόφωνο χωριό κ μεγαλωμένοι στην Ελλάδα να ξέρουν να μιλάνε αλβανικά?!Αυτός είναι ρατσισμός...
Είναι μεν σε αλβανική πρεσβεία αλλά θα πρέπει να βοηθούν το κοινό...?
Δίνουν νούμερα για να εξυπηρετήσουν κ ο καθένας μπαίνει όπως να ναι....
