★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την πρώτη φορά που το επισκέφτηκα ήταν για να αλλάξω τους φακούς γιατί είχαν γδαρθεί. Μου εξήγησαν αναλυτικά τα είδη των φακών και τα οφέλη του καθενός. Η τοποθέτηση έγινε μέσα σε λίγες μέρες.
Την δεύτερη φορά χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω φακούς γιατί μου είχαν αλλάξει οι βαθμοί. Ωστόσο ο ιατρός που είχα επισκεφτεί μου μέτρησε λάθος βαθμούς με αποτέλεσμα με τα νέα γυαλιά να υποφέρω από πονοκέφαλους και σύγχυση χωρίς να ξέρω τι ακριβώς φταίει. Τότε ξανά πήγα στο μαγαζί και τους είπα το πρόβλημα μου , το οποίο ασχολήθηκαν με προσοχή και βρήκαν έτσι το λάθος του ιατρού και μου αντικατέστησαν τους φακούς.
Γενικά είμαι άτομο που αγχώνεται σε επισκέψεις ιατρικού περιεχομένου, αλλά η ευγένεια, το χιούμορ και ο επαγγελματισμός τους με έκαναν να αισθανθώ άνετα.
 The first time I visited it was to change the lenses because they were scratched. They explained to me in detail the types of lenses and the benefits of each. The installation was done within a few days.
The second time I had to change lenses because my grades had changed. However, the doctor I had visited gave me wrong grades, with the result that with the new glasses I was suffering from headaches and confusion without knowing exactly what was wrong. Then I went to the store again and told them my problem, which they dealt with carefully and so they found the doctor's fault and replaced my lenses.
I am generally an anxious person on medical visits, but their kindness, humor and professionalism made me feel comfortable.
