Χρειάζεται να έχεις κλείσει από πριν για τις πριβέ πισίνες. Θεωρώ όμως ότι θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο καθαρά. Κατά τα άλλα πήγα και θα ξανά πάω. Edit 23.12.19: Σε ότι αφορά την καθαριότητα δεν υπήρχε κανένα θέμα. Επίσης υπάρχουν ράμπες για άτομα περιορισμένης κινητικότητας, όπως επίσης και ειδικό κάθισμα στη πισίνα νούμερο 6. F	Faidra Lazou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί ! Τους πήραμε 5 φορές τηλέφωνο και μας έδωσαν 5 διαφορετικές απαντήσεις . Οι υπάλληλοι διαφωνούσαν όση ώρα περιμέναμε . Κλείσαμε συγκεκριμενη ώρα μας έβαλαν αλλη ώρα βγάζοντας μας χαζους ! Οπότε πριν κλείσετε ζητήστε ονοματεπώνυμο από αυτόν που θα σας εξυπηρετησει!!!!!! Not at all helpful! We called them 5 times and they gave us 5 different answers. The staff disagreed while we waited. We booked a specific time, they gave us another time, making us stupid! So before you close, ask for the name of the one who will serve you !!!!!!

Κακό είναι ότι ειδικά τα σαββατοκύριακα δεν βρίσκεις θάλαμο ούτε με προεδρικό διάταγμα (εκτός αν είσαι τυχερός και γίνει κάποια ακύρωση)... Ξεκάθαρα οι ανοιχτές πηγές είναι καλύτερες αλλά όταν έχεις κρύο πρέπει να έχεις μεγάλη αντοχή !!! P	Panagiotis Lamprou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν χαλάσει το site δεν το επισκευάζουν. Αποτέλεσμα δεν σε αφήνουν να κάνεις κράτηση για πισίνα τηλεφωνικά πάρα μόνο την ίδια μέρα. Προφανώς δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω κατάλυμα αν δεν είχα κλείσει για τα λουτρά γιατί δεν έχει κάποια άλλη δραστηριότητα στα πέριξ. Οπότε με ανάγκασαν να καλέσω 7.30 το πρωί για να μου πουν συγγνώμη πρέπει να έρθετε εδώ και να προπληρωσετε για την επόμενη γιατί μας τα έκλεισαν. Το πρόβλημα τους δλδ με το τηλέφωνο είναι να τους πληρώσουμε. Ξανά λέω έχουν χαλασμένο site κρατήσεων και δεν αφήνουν να κλείσεις την προηγούμενη για να μην χάσουν το μπικικινι. Ε εγώ να σας ευχηθώ τα χειρότερα κύριοι διαχειριστές των λουτρών και σύντομα να βγάλουν κρύο νερό οι πηγές μπας και κλείσετε. They have damaged the site, they do not repair it. "Πολιτική της εταιρίας να μην κλείνει ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά"(τελικά διαπιστώσαμε ότι έκλεινε, μάλλον επιλεκτικά...δεν ήταν πιθανά αρκετή η απόσταση από την Κομοτηνή που έκαναν κάποιοι από την παρέα...). Φτάσαμε Παρασκευή απόγευμα, βρήκαμε ραντεβού μόνο για την Κυριακή, πολύ πρωί. Παρότι μας έστειλαν από το ξενοδοχείο και το αναφέραμε ότι πάμε "συστημένα",μας διαβεβαίωσαν πως κρατούν ραντεβού για αυτούς τους λόγους. Μάλιστα, μας είπαν να καλέσουμε το Σάββατο στις 7μιση το πρωί (διακοπές κατά τα άλλα για'μας) "για να μας τακτοποιήσουν". Το τηλέφωνο βούιζε διαρκώς,μέχρι και τις 10 παρά που παραιτηθήκαμε των προσπαθειών. Ευτυχώς μας έπεισαν άλλοι τουρίστες πως δεν αξίζει ο κόπος και πως οι φυσικές πηγές είναι -Η-εμπειρία. Αποφύγετέ το και μη χάσετε τσάμπα χρόνο. Picture from inside, we did not manage to have .. Κ	Κώστας Γκιούρης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφος χώρος, με καλή οργάνωση και εξυπηρέτηση. Τέλειο νερό και υπέροχη αίσθηση χαλάρωσης. Τηρούνται όλα τα υγειονομικά μέτρα και μπαίνει καθαρίστρια κάθε φορά που αδειάζουν οι πισίνες. Το μόνο μειονεκτήματα είναι ο περιορισμένος χρόνος (1/2 ώρα), σε σχέση με τους εξωτερικούς χώρους όπου δεν υπάρχει κανένας χρονικός περιορισμός. Όμως υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα και ειδικά τους χειμερινούς μήνες μπορεί κάποιος να ντυθεί με την ησυχία του και να στεγνώσει τα μαλλιά του κάτι που δε μπορεί να το κάνει εύκολα έξω στην παγωνιά! Όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου, αξίζει τουλάχιστον μία επίσκεψη! Εμείς δεν είχαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα με τις κρατήσεις. Είναι όμως κάτι που θα πρέπει να έχετε προνοήσει αρκετά νωρίτερα (ανάλογα με την κίνηση) κι όχι την τελευταία στιγμή. Πιο εύκολες μέρες είναι οι καθημερινές κι όχι Σαββατοκύριακα ή Αργίες. Extra tip: Να μη κάνετε ντους αμέσως μετά όταν θα πάτε στο κατάλυμα σας, για να παραμείνουν περισσότερο οι ευεργετικές ιδιότητες του νερού! Beautiful place, with good organization and service. Perfect water and wonderful feeling of relaxation. All sanitary measures are observed and a cleaner enters every time the pools are empty. The only disadvantages are the limited time (1/2 hour), in relation to the outdoor areas where there is no time limit. But there is privacy and especially in the winter months one can dress in peace and dry one's hair, something that can not be done easily outside in the cold! All seasons, worth at least one visit! We did not have any problems with bookings. But it is something you should have planned well in advance (depending on the traffic) and not at the last minute. Easier days are the weekdays and not weekends or holidays. Extra tip: Do not shower immediately after you go to your accommodation, so that the beneficial properties of water remain longer!
