G	George Mourkos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα επέμβαση στη σπονδυλική στήλη πριν τρείς μήνες. Μου συστήθηκε το φυσιοθεραπευτήριο καί από τον νευροχειρουργό μου αλλά και από τον ορθοπαιδικό μου. Επιστημονική εξειδίκευση, άριστη γνώση του αντικειμένου και στοχευμένη αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων που είχαμε να αντιμετωπίσουμε. Μετά από τρεις μήνες αφοσίωσης στο πρόγραμμα, επέστρεψα κανονικά στην καθημερινότητα μου και μάλιστα πολύ πιο δυνατός από πρίν την εμφάνιση του προβλήματος μου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!! I had spine surgery three months ago. The physiotherapy clinic was recommended to me by both my neurosurgeon and my orthopedist. Scientific specialization, excellent knowledge of the subject and targeted treatment of the problems we had to face. After three months of dedication to the program, I returned to my daily routine and in fact much stronger than before the appearance of my problem. I highly recommend!!!!

Some years ago, I suffered a right shoulder injury and did not rehabilitate it correctly. I couldn't play soccer for several years and I saw some physical therapists who helped me stabilize the shoulder somewhat. In 2016 I resumed playing soccer, taking painkillers and falling somewhat into alcoholism -Alex was the first one to help me understand what I needed to do- if i had only met him years ago- I almost wanna cry thinking about how simple the solution was.... the muscle systems could be strengthened by simple exercises, Alex said. I suddenly had a road map to regaining equilibrium and solving the issue, which none of the other physical therapists had explained ;( . Thank you so much Alex.

He helped me solve my problem (lower back and knee pain) and recover quickly and efficiently. The treatment was excellent and explained all the exercises to me in detail. Additionally, his team comprises skilled and well-trained physiotherapists. Lastly, it would be an omission on my part if I did not mention Alex's and his team's professionalism, kindness and politeness and of course the excellent premises. I strongly recommend Alex as your physiotherapist.

I had a lower back ache which resulted in a hip flexor ache that would prevent me from walking and practicing yoga. Got an x-ray just to make sure the causality of those aches and then the doctor suggested that i shoudl visit Alex as he would be the best person to help me out. Alex discussed with me my history as well as my exercise routine and then provided me with the cause of my situation followed by the solution. I appreciated massively his approach and the fact that we built a great connection from the very first moment. I also appreciate his professionalism in terms of reassuring me that i could keep having online sessions with him ( i work in london) and that i could count on him whenever i face any strains , aches etc.. Last but not least, we live in a world that is currently facing a pandemic; i can't highlight enough how relieving it is visiting a place that meets all the covid-19 preventative requirements! Too bad i can't put more than 5 out of 5 ! Thanks mate :) Needless to say that after only 3 sessions, i can practice yoga again and my walkign has been improving day after day !
