★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία (μετά την παράδοση χαλιού που παρήγγειλα από το εν λόγω κατάστημα) κατά την οποία εξέφρασα τη δυσαρέσκεια μου για την ποιότητα του χαλιού, η απάντηση ήταν "δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε τίποτα, αυτό επιλέξατε". Δεν είχα την απαίτηση να πάρω πίσω τα χρήματα μου, αλλά ως πελάτης θα επιθυμούσα να υπάρξει μια εναλλακτική-μέση λύση, τύπου επιστροφή του εν λόγω προϊόντος και αγορά άλλου με καλύτερη τιμή. Η επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εξυπηρέτηση δεν θα έπρεπε να σταματά μετά την πληρωμή και έξοδο του πελάτη από το μαγαζί. Θεωρώ ότι ο σωστός επαγγελματίας θα έπρεπε να προσπαθήσει να βρει μια μέση λύση για έναν πελάτη που δεν έμεινε ικανοποιημένος.
During the telephone communication (after the delivery of the carpet I ordered from the store in question) during which I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the carpet, the answer was "there is nothing we can do, you have chosen this". I did not have the requirement to get my money back, but as a customer I would like to have an alternative-average solution, such as returning that product and buying another at a better price. The professional behavior and service should not stop after the payment and the customer leaves the store. I believe that the right professional should try to find a middle ground for a client who was not satisfied.
