N	Nikolaos Roussos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έψαχνα 2 συγκεκριμένα πράγματα εκείνη την ημέρα. Λευκό παντελόνι, όχι τζίν και κόκκινο πουκάμισο μακρυμάνικο. Είχα γυρίσει αρκετά μαγαζιά και δεν υπήρχε τίποτα. Στο συγκεκριμένο βρήκα ένα λευκό παντελόνι που όμως είχε ένα μεγάλο μειονέκτημα: ήταν see through (με τιμή γύρω στα 70ευρώ). Το ανέφερα διοτι δεν μου άρεσε. Μου έφερε ένα άλλο που δεν ήταν άσπρο, ήταν του πάγου το λευκό. Της εξήγησα οτι ψάχνω μόνο άσπρο και το μόνο που μου είπε ήταν "όλα τα άσπρα παντελόνια είναι see through." Η γυναίκα μου εν τω μεταξύ, παρούσα στο κατάστημα, μόλις είχε πιάσει στα χέρια της ένα άλλο άσπρο παντελόνι που εννοείται δεν ήταν "see through" και το κοιτούσε. Η αντίδραση της υπαλλήλου ήταν να το αρπάξει απ τα χέρια της γυναίκας μου και να της πεί " Αυτό είναι shorts". Για το κόκκινο πουκάμισο τώρα, μου είχε πάρει τα μέτρα και θα πήγαινε στην αποθήκη να δει μήπως έχει. Ήρθε λοιπόν κρατώντας 2 μπορντό πουκάμισα. Της λέω "αυτό δεν είναι κόκκινο". Μου απαντάει "αυτό είναι το κόκκινο". Της απαντάω ξανά "θέλω κόκκινο, όχι μπορντό". Μου απαντάει "κόκκινο γνήσιο δεν υπάρχει πουθενά στην αγορά. Αν θες να πάρω τηλέφωνο στο εργοστάσιο να δώ μήπως μπορούν να σου φτιάξουν ένα". Το γέλιο ήταν οτι πήγα ακριβώς στο διπλανό μαγαζί και βρήκα αρκετά κόκκινα πουκάμισα (και μπορντό) και άσπρο παντελόνι που εννοείται δεν ήταν see through. Το να φερθείς με ειλικρίνεια στον πελάτη λέγοντας "δεν έχω, με συγχωρείς", κάθε άλλο παρά κακό είναι. Ίσα ίσα που εμένα προσωπικά θα με κάνει να θέλω να ξαναπάω. Αλλά το να προσπαθείς να πείσεις τον πελάτη για κάτι που δεν ισχύει ( αυτό είναι το κόκκινο, όλα τα άσπρα παντελόνια είναι see through κτλ) αφενός προσβάλει τη νοημοσύνη του, αφετέρου δημιουργεί κακές εντυπώσεις για την νοημοσύνη του υπαλλήλου. Η κουτοπονηριά, δεν αρέσει σε κανέναν. Φερθείτε με ειλικρίνεια ή αλλάξτε επάγγελμα. I was looking for 2 specific things that day. White pants, not jeans and red long-sleeved shirt. I had visited several shops and there was nothing. In particular I found white pants but it had a big drawback: it was see through (priced around 70 euros). I mentioned it because I did not like it. He brought me another that was not white, it was ice white. I explained to her that I was only looking for white and all she told me was "all white pants are see through." My wife, meanwhile, present in the store, had just grabbed another pair of white pants that were obviously not "see through" and was looking at it. The employee's reaction was to snatch it from my wife's hands and tell her "This is shorts". For the red shirt now, he had taken my measures and he would go to the warehouse to see if he has any. So he came holding 2 burgundy shirts. I tell her "this is not red". He answers me "this is red". I answer her again "I want red, not burgundy". He answers me "genuine red is nowhere on the market. If you want to call the factory to see if they can make one for you". The laugh was that I just went to the store next door and found several red shirts (and burgundy) and white pants which of course was not see through. Treating the customer honestly by saying "I do not have, forgive me" is anything but bad. Just that it will make me personally want to go again. But trying to convince the customer of something that is not true (this is red, all white pants are see through etc) on the one hand offends his intelligence, on the other hand creates bad impressions on the intelligence of the employee. Nobody likes gossip. Be honest or change your profession.

Excellent qualities at very good prices! I recommend as a man and the wife agrees, unreservedly. Both in the most formal and casual attire.
