Από την άνοιξη και μετά είναι σάουνα ειδικά όταν έχει κόσμο.

Nice place with very good and experienced staff. Awesome gymnast Nikos Nikolakis who makes the best fitness programs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλός χώρος, ποικιλία οργάνων και προγραμμάτων. Συμφωνώ απόλυτα με τους προλαλισαντες για το TRX και ειδικοτερα για την κατάρτιση και την παραγωγικότητα του γυμναστη Νίκου Νικολάκη.
Very good space, variety of instruments and programs. I completely agree with the proponents of TRX and in particular the training and productivity of coach Nikos Nikolakis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό γυμναστήριο. Έχει σύγχρονα μηχανήματα κ αρκετά για να μη περιμένεις. Είναι καθαρό κ πάντα υπάρχει γυμναστής για βοήθεια. Ωράριο που βολεύει, ακόμα κ την Κυριακή. Το κόστος για αυτά που προσφέρει είναι πολύ καλό. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
Very good gym. It has modern machines and enough to not wait. It is clean and there is always a trainer for help. It's convenient, even on Sundays. The cost for what it offers is very good. I highly recommend it.
