★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Подходит только для летнего проживания. Тонкие стены, одиночное стекло на окне, тонкая дверь. Отопления нет, нагреть помещение можно только кондиционером. Был там 05/01/2019. На улице -5С. После трех часов работы кондиционера по субъективным ощущениям в комнате стало +5С. Были в верхней одежде, замерзли. В ванной обогрева и такого нет - в помещении уличная температура, теплая вода начинает идти из крана через 2 минуты. Уехали в отель. Теперь пытаюсь вернуть деньги, владелец пишет, что я "неправильно пользовался кондиционером", поэтому и не смог прогреть комнату. Кондиционер в режиме обогрева отключается каждые 20 минут. Возможно мне просто "повезло с погодой", но на мой взгляд и при обычной для Греции зимней температуре здесь было бы холодно.
Only suitable for summer living. Thin walls, a single glass on the window, a thin door. There is no heating, you can only heat the room with air conditioning. Was there on 01/05/2019. On the street-5C. After three hours of air conditioning, the subjective feeling in the room was + 5C. They were in outerwear, they were cold. There is no such thing in the bathroom - there is an outdoor temperature in the room, warm water starts running from the tap after 2 minutes. Left the hotel. Now I’m trying to get the money back, the owner writes that I “used the air conditioner incorrectly,” so I couldn’t warm up the room. Air conditioning in heating mode is turned off every 20 minutes. Maybe I was just “lucky with the weather,” but in my opinion, even with the usual winter temperature in Greece, it would be cold here.
