Για κράτηση που είχα κάνει μέσω του booking.gr μου προτάθηκε από τον επιχειρηματία μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας να παρακάμψουμε την πλατφόρμα κλείνοντας σε πιο προνομιακή τιμή. Και σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό δύο μέρες πριν την ημερομηνία της κράτησης με καλέσανε λέγοντας μου ότι λόγω διπλοκράτησης δεν θα μπορούσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν για τις προαποφασισμένες μέρες, λέγοντας μου επίσης ότι αντιδράω πολύ επιθετικά στα λεγόμενά τους. Δηλαδή μήπως έπρεπε να τους ζητήσω και συγγνώμη? Ένα έχω να σας πω ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ. UNACCEPTABLE! For a reservation I had made through booking.gr I was suggested by the businessman via telephone to skip the platform closing at a more preferential price. And as if that was not enough two days before the date of booking, they called me and told me that due to double booking they could not serve me for the pre-determined days, also telling me that I react very aggressively to what they say. I mean, did I have to apologize to them? I have one thing to tell you UNACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONALISM.

Quality accommodation in a beautiful place next to the wonderful beach of Stoupa! Comfortable rooms, clean and tidy with beautiful views and tranquility framed by the kindness and immediacy of the owners !! We will definitely return to Stoupa and definitely to Alexandra Apartments!
A	Anna Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία πού έχει τό ξενοδοχείο ενώ κάναμε την κράτηση μέσω booking μας ζήτησε να την ακυρώσουμε καί νά γίνει η κράτηση τηλεφωνικά. Στείλαμε την προκαταβολή πού μας ζητήθηκε και μία ημέρα πρίν τη άφιξη μας τό ακύρωσε λόγω διπλοκρατησης πού είχε κάνει η ίδια. Η λύση πού μας πρότεινε ηταν να μας στείλει κάποια τηλέφωνα άλλων καταλύματων να κλείσουμε μόνοι μας.και δεν πρότεινε κάν να πληρώσει την διαφορά τής τιμής η δικαιολογία της ήταν "αυτά είναι ανθρώπινα λάθη τί να κάνω τώρα". The lady who owns the hotel while we made the reservation through booking asked us to cancel it and make the reservation by phone. We sent the deposit requested and one day before our arrival she canceled it due to double booking she had made. The solution she suggested was to send us some phone numbers from other accommodations to book on our own.
C	Charis Kleio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου δύο υπνοδωμάτιων. Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια με λειτουργικα κλιματιστικα , μεγάλο φωτεινό σαλόνι που είχε και έξτρα καναπέ κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και το μπάνιο πολύ προσεγμένο. Τα μπαλκόνια έβλεπαν στον ελαιώνα ο οποίος ήταν περιποιημένος και όμορφος. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι η περιοχή δεν είχε σήμα και το wifi δεν έπιανε καθόλου στο δωμάτιο μας. We stayed in the first floor two bedroom apartment. The accommodation was extremely spacious with two large rooms with functional air conditioners, a large bright living room with an extra sofa bed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The place was spotless and the bathroom very neat. The balconies overlooked the olive grove which was manicured and beautiful. The only downside was that the area had no signal and the wifi did not catch on in our room at all.

The apartment was clean to a very high standard and it had all the facilities you could need, although we tended to eat out most nights as the tavernas are just a few minutes walk away. Ellie, the owner, couldn't do enough for us and she was so friendly and accommodating. Both Ellie and Alexandra Apartments deserves 5 stars. We can't wait to go. back

Ε	Ειρηνη Κατερινα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times. The owner is very friendly and always wiling to help. Tje apartments are clean and very roomy with big kitchen if uou wish to cook. The beach is 5 min by foot and the waters are mesmerizing. It's always my first pick to come here in order to relax and enjoy good food and amazing beach.
