Με τα λεφτά που πλήρωσα δεν περίμενα να τα βρω όλα αυτά ` καθαρό ανακαινισμένο full-επιπλωμένο δωμάτιο με a/c, ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, (πετσέτες-πιάτα-ποτήρια-μαχαιροπήρουνα - εννοείται!) κουφώματα αλουμινίου, w/c με ντους και θερμοσίφωνα, και ένα ρομαντικό μπαλκόνι με θέα δάσος και θάλασσα! Και ησυχία - δεν υπάρχουν άλλα ξενοδοχεία δίπλα! Στον Κάβο είναι όλα κοντά και δεν είναι απαραίτητο να έχετε αυτοκίνητο. Φοβερή νυχτερινή ζωή - πραγματικό Λας Βέγκας - πρέπει να το δείτε! Και το πιο σημαντικό - όλα αυτά είναι πολύ φθηνά, το συνιστώ σε όλους! Αλλο ένα μεγααααλο πλεονέκτημα - το συγκρότημα Alexandra Studios είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Κάβου, τα νυχτερινά μπάρ απο εδώ δεν ακούγονται και τη νύχτα κοιμάσαι ήσυχα. Το προσωπικό με είχε στα "όπα-όπα" όλο το διάστημα, θα `θελα να μείνω μια ζωή εδώ! It is a small green paradise 20 meters from the sea! With the money I paid I did not expect to find all this `clean renovated full-furnished room with a / c, refrigerator, electric stove, (towels-dishes-glasses-cutlery - of course!) Aluminum windows, w / c with shower and water heater, and a romantic balcony with forest and sea views! And quiet - there are no other hotels next door! In Kavos everything is close and it is not necessary to have a car. Awesome nightlife - real Las Vegas - must see! And most importantly - all this is very cheap, I recommend it to everyone! Another big advantage - Alexandra Studios is a 10 minute walk from the center of Kavos, the night bars from here are not heard and at night you sleep peacefully. The staff had me in the "opa-opa" all the time, I would like to stay here for a lifetime!

During my 2-weeks holiday room was not cleaned, towels was not replaced. Staff in not present on facility, communication is only by the phone or during check-in other guest. Wi-Fi in not available in every room (only one antenna for whole building). Near Alexandra Studio is some kind of effluent and it causes permanent smell. In the pool there is no water and it is closed and there is no possibility to buy breakfast or other food. Although there is billards and other things to spend nice time all of this is broken or closed inside. The beach near the facility is not prepared to spend time in there (a lot of seaweed), the nearest beach is in the centre of city or near the Port of Lefkimi. Location is about 5 mins from city centre so there is no noise from pubs. Air condition is extra pay but in my opinion it is not needed.
