★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτρια εξυπηρέτηση. Αγενές προσωπικό (ιδίως οι άνδρες πίσω από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο) και πολύ αργή παράδοση συγγραμμάτων (συνεργασία με τη δημόσια υπηρεσία ΕΛΤΑ, έναντι κάποιας άλλη ιδιωτικής μεταφορικής...).
Moderate service. Rude staff (especially the men behind the call center) and very slow delivery of books (cooperation with the public service ELTA, in exchange for another private transport ...).
