Τι να την κάνω την καλύτερη τιμή αν ζητάω επί 2,5 μηνες, τόσο τηλεφωνικώς, όσο και από κοντά, όταν δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο, να έρθουν για μια ρύθμιση στην κλίση (η οποία μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι 10 λεπτά δουλειά), ώστε να μην χτυπάει ο ήλιος τα παγωτά. Απαράδεκτο!! The best price, but 1 star for the after sale service. What can I do for the best price if I ask for 2.5 months, both by phone and up close, when they do not pick up the phone, to come for a tilt adjustment (which they assured us is 10 minutes work), so that do not let the sun hit the ice creams. Unacceptable !!

Ποιοτική δουλειά,άριστοι επαγγελματίες,τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. 25 years ago I put awnings on the 5th floor, nothing has happened. Strong sails, very good placement. Now I also passed jellies for the air! Quality work, excellent professionals, I highly recommend them.
S	Sofoklis Pantikidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά όσον αφορά ποιοτητα και δουλεια ειναι ΟΚ.. δεν αντιμετωπισα προβλημα τα 4 χρονια που εχω τις ζελατινες στο μπαλκονι. Όσον αφορα τον επαγγελματισμό τους και το after sales όμως η εταιρία ειναι απλά ΤΡΑΓΙΚΗ. Εξηγούμαι.. Εγινε εγκατασταση ζελατινών πριν 4 χρόνια (η αγορά έγινε απο τον ιδιοκτητη του σπιτού.. εγώ ειμαι ενοικιαστής).. Εντός έτους από την εγκατάσταση, λόγω του αέρα έφυγε ενας γάντσος, μίλησα μαζί τους για να μου το επισκευάσουν (τους είπα ότι θα πληρώσω το όποιο κόστος).. δεν ήρθαν ποτέ παρόλο που του κάλεσα πολλές φορές.. η δικαολογία ήταν ότι λείπουν στην Κατερίνη για ένα έργο.. αναγκάστηκα και φώναξα άλλο μάστορα να το φτιάξει. Δεν μου άρεσε το ότι δεν ανταποκρίθηκε η εταιρία. Το βασικό μου παράπονο... Κατα την εγατάσταση μου είπαν ότι θα έρθουν μετά απο λίγες ημέρες να βάλουν και τις ενδιαμεσες ζελατινές-χρατς για να καλύψουν τα κενά. Οι ζελατίνες μου είπαν ήταν έτοιμες στο μαγαζί και θα ερχοντουσαν σύντομα για να τις τοποθετήσουν. Επικοινωνούσα συνέχεια στο τηλέφωνο και μου έλεγαν ότι θα έρθουν αλλά δεν τους είδα ποτέ. Μετά απο 4 χρόνια και επανειλημμένες επικοινωνίες, τελικά ήρθαν να πάρουν ξανά μέτρα για να μου ετοιμάσουν τις ενδιάμεσες ζελατίνες (Δεκεμβριο του 21) και με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα ήταν έτοιμες σε 15 ημέρες. Έχω επικοινωνήσει πολλάκις μαζί τους αλλά δεν ήρθαν ποτέ (έχουμε φτάσει Ιούνιο του 22). Στο τηλέφωνο η κοπέλα μου λέει συνέχεια ότι θα τους ενημερώσει.. στα εμαιλ δεν απαντούν. Δεν θα επικοινωνήσω ξανά μαζί τους γιατι έχω κουραστεί πολύ. Στην τελική δεν ειναι και δικό μου το σπίτι. Απλώς ήθελα να γράψω μια κριτική που τους αξίζει. Μάλλον η εταιρία ενδιαφέρεται μόνο για τα μεγάλα έργα (καταστήματα, ξενοδοχεία κτλ) και αδιαφορεί για τους απλούς πελάτες. Σε συγγενείς και γνωστούς που ενδιαφέρθηκαν για τεντες και με ρώτησαν αν ξέρω καμια εταιρία, τους είπα απλώς να αποφύγουν αυτήν (χωρίς να ξέρω αν και οι άλλες δεν κάνουν τα ίδια) Initially in terms of quality and work it is OK .. Within a year of the installation, due to the wind a hook left, I talked to them to repair it for me (I told them I would pay any cost) .. they never came even though I called him many times .. the excuse was that they were missing in Katerini for a project .. I had to and I called another carpenter to fix it. I did not like the fact that the company did not respond. My main complaint ... During the installation I was told that they will come after a few days to put the intermediate jelly-crumbs to fill the gaps. The jellies were told they were ready in the store and would be coming soon to place them. I kept in touch on the phone and they told me they would come but I never saw them. After 4 years and repeated communications, they finally came to take measures again to prepare my intermediate jellies (December 21) and informed me that they would be ready in 15 days. I have contacted them many times but they never came (we have reached June 22). On the phone, my girlfriend keeps telling me that she will inform them ... they do not respond to emails. I will not contact them again because I am very tired. In the end, my house is not mine either. I just wanted to write a review that deserves them. The company is probably only interested in large projects (shops, hotels, etc.) and is indifferent to ordinary customers. To relatives and acquaintances who were interested in tents and asked me if I knew any company, I just told them to avoid it (without knowing if the others do not do the same)
