★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση επιστροφής ελαττωματικού προϊοντος. Το να προσπαθείτε να πείσετε τον πελάτη πως το ελάττωμα το δημιούργησε μόνος του, είναι τουλάχιστον αστείο. Ευτυχώς όμως πλέον γνωρίζουμε τα δικαιώματα μας και μετά από επικοινωνία που είχα με το ΙΝΚΑ, δεν θα μεινει έτσι αυτό.. όχι τόσο για τα 110€, αλλά για τον τρόπο που το χειριστήκατε. Ντροπή σας

Σχετικά με την απάντηση σας, μη συνεχίζετε σας παρακαλώ τις ανακρίβειες.. εκτίθεστε χειρότερα. Αντίγραφο απόδειξης πληρωμής με κάρτα υπήρχε. Και τέλος πάντων, καλό θα είναι πρώτα να ρίχνετε μια μάτια στη νομοθεσία σχετικά με τα δικαιώματα του καταναλωτή και μετά να απαντάτε στοχευμένα και όχι με αερολογίες.
Unacceptable and unprofessional treatment of defective product return. Trying to convince the customer that the defect was created by him is at least funny. Fortunately, however, we now know our rights and after a communication I had with INKA, this will not remain like this ... not so much for the 110 €, but for the way you handled it. Same on you

Regarding your answer, please do not continue your inaccuracies .. you are exposed worse. A copy of the card payment receipt was available. And anyway, it would be good to first take a look at consumer rights legislation and then respond in a targeted way and not with aerologies.
