★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο καθαριστήριο. Πήγα για στεγνό καθάρισμα ένα μπουφάν το οποίο το έπλυναν με νερό και φυσικά ξεβαψε. Ισχυρίστηκαν ότι δεν στέγνωσε καλά και θα το διορθώσουν.Την δεύτερη φορά που πήγα να το παρω ήταν χειρότερο και ισχυρίστηκαν ότι φταίει το υλικό του μπουφάν. Όταν τους ρώτησα γιατί δεν εγινε στεγνό καθαρισμα όπως γράφει η ετικέτα απάντησαν ότι οι ετικέτες τις περισσότερες φορές ειναι λάθος. Μεγάλη ανευθυνότητα και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. Απαράδεκτο.
The worst cleaner. I went for a dry cleaning jacket which was washed with water and of course unzipped. They claimed it wasn't dry and they'll fix it. The second time I went in it was worse and they claimed the jacket material was to blame. When I asked them why the cleaning was not as dry as the label says, they replied that the labels were mostly wrong. Great irresponsibility and unprofessional behavior. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Cavala for couple of days and I needed laundry. UNFORTUNATELY this place was near by my hotel. Be careful about the pricing because this place looked like "restaurant without menu". Anyway, we paid 20 euro for cleaning maybe 4-5 kg (normally they informed us 5 kg is 10 euro) clothes and they RUINED most of them. Washed in HIGH temperature without any care and responsibility. I lost most of my nice stuff thanks to them!
