Μοναδική χαλαρωτική θέα και το κυριώτερο η πιο ζεστή και φιλόξενη ιδιοκτήτρια που έχουμε συναντήσει στην Ελλάδα! Νικολέτα η μοναδική Μανιάτισσα που συγκεντρώνει τα πάντα σε υπερθετικό βαθμό. Αξέχαστη εμπειρία η γνωριμία μαζί της ειδικά αν γνωρϊσετε και το σύζυγό της. Πεντανόστιμο οτιδήποτε δικό της μας φϊλεψε. Perfect location with the sea under your feet coming through the balcony door. Ample spaces, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable holiday like in your home. Unique relaxing view and most importantly the most warm and hospitable owner we have met in Greece! Nicoletta, the only Maniatissa that brings everything to a superlative degree. An unforgettable experience is the acquaintance with her, especially if you know her husband. Whatever it is, she loved us.

Η κυρία Νικολέτα η πιο φιλόξενη και απίστευτη γυναίκα πραγματικά θα είναι μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία και θα ήθελα τόσο πολύ να ξαναέρθω. Ειλικρινά πιστεύω πως είναι το ιδανικοτερο ξενοδοχειο για οικογένειες καθώς και ζευγάρια είναι εκπληκτικό πραγματικά τα έχει όλα. Άμα θέλετε να έρθετε εδώ στην μεσσηνιακή Μάνη είναι το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που μπορείτε να βρειτε. The best hotel I've visited did not expect to have as much equipment and cleanliness as the price is fantastic. Mrs. Nicoletta, the most hospitable and incredible woman, will really be an unforgettable experience and I would love to come back so much. I honestly think it is the ideal hotel for families as well as couples is amazing indeed it has it all. If you want to come here in Messinian Mani is the best hotel you can find.
C	Christina Batha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ άνετη μεζονέτα, με ωραία θέα, υπερπλήρης κουζίνα, καθαρά όλα δύο μπάνια, με μία κοινή ωραία και ευρύχωρη αυλή. Το πιο ωραίο απ' όλα η ιδιοκτήτρια η κυρία Νικολέτα που κάθε πρωί μας έφερνε φρέσκα σύκα δικά της και ντομάτες , αγγουράκια από τον κήπο της και αυγά φρέσκα από δικές της κοτούλες. Επίσης στο χώρο έχει κάδους ανακύκλωσης και ευρύχωρο υπόγειο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για οικογένεια. Very comfortable maisonette, with nice views, full kitchen, clean all two bathrooms, with a common nice and spacious yard. The most beautiful of all the owner Mrs. Nikoleta who every morning brought us fresh figs of her own and tomatoes, cucumbers from her garden and fresh eggs from her own cutlets. Also in the area has recycling bins and spacious underground parking. Very good choice for family.

Νικολέτα συνέχισε έτσι...Τιμας την Ελληνική φιλοξενία και τον τουρισμό μας Excellent maisonette, spotless, spacious, tasteful on the sea..but above all, the lovable Nicoleta made our stay wonderful..we will definitely come again ... Nicoleta continued like this ... You honor our Greek hospitality and our tourism

C	Christine Cusack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scenery is simply fabulous. You can't ask for a nicer view. It is picture perfect. The apartment is modern and clean with the usual mod-cons. What makes Alkyoni extra special is Nicoletta. She is a fabulous host and clearly loves what she does. What a warm welcome we received! She even filled the fridge with fruits and veggies from her garden and gave us a small gift of local olive oil and olives, herbs and soap. We didn't want to leave!!
