Unbelieveably good service. This is the best olive oil on the whole island. The owner is the nicest person I've met in a long time. I hope I'll be able to come back one day. :)

Every corner of this cozy unique shop has an authentic Cretan flair, Real traditional products, this is a non-touristic shop, local extra virgin olive oil, real olive oil soap, great little olives, sweets, local wine and drinks, they even have a bio cosmetic line. Face cream and body wax are excellent, handmade gifts and a lot more. This shop is for people that can appreciate high quality products and within mind of tradition, health and of nature’s gifs. Great value for the money.

We bought extra virgin olive oil and many other products, to take back with us to the States. I am a chef by trade and I work for one of the top 10 restaurants in California. I use many different types of olive oils on an everyday basis. Trying the olive oil I consider that St.John’s extra virgin olive oil is a very well balanced olive oil. As soon as you taste the olive oil it puts a smile on your face. It has just enough sweetness, with a slight fruitiness with a taste of fig and apple and it finishes off with a little bit of spice at the end. In my professional opinion, I could say that St.john’s extra virgin olive oil is one of the best olive oil that you can buy. If you ever in Crete, just go to this shop without a doubt. Because I happen to have my own olive oil plant, I'm very cautious about trying oil on others. But really the oil in the all about oil store has made me envy for its quality. I think it's one of the best oils I've ever tried. Perhaps the best .. The good oil, you feel it with the taste that will leave you on the throat 2-3 minutes after you try it. And the oil from the shop all about oil traveled my palate to all the olive trees of Crete. All the olive trees of Crete, enclosed in a small bottle of olive oil. Great oil, congratulations.

thank you very much for your warm welcome. i tasted and bought some excellent olive oil and natural olive soap. just tried the soap and its a whole nother experience than usual soap. the owner i so friendly and gives advice for food and sight seeing and I think he knows everything about oil! its worth going there! we will visit again!

my girlfriend and i went to the little shop last night and during our stay i got goosebumps because of the friendliness and warmth george showed us in his shop. all products are purely organic, the olive oil tastes insanely good: completely free of acid and slightly spicy in the finish, totally amazing. george told us that he presses the olives without stones and that this is one of the reasons why the oil has such an outstanding quality. we bought bottles of olive oil and raki as souvenirs from our holiday for our family and friends and paid comparatively so little… instead we learned a lot about the olive oil production, the importance of the location of the olive-groves for a good oil-quality and we also learned new things about crete and the history of crete. we will certainly order more of this great oil from the all-about-oil website when we have used up the oil we bought yesterday. thank you so much for your lovely way george, this is my 2nd ever review in the vastness of the world-wide-web and I am writing this because I think you and your products absolutely deserve 5+ stars.

Their products are absolutely amazing. The Oil I could say it is one of the best and freshers oil I ever tried. After a few weeks of using the hand cream and the soap I can also say they are very good, good quality organic products. The shop is very cute, full of details, everything made by them (George&Popi) who are two incredible and very special humans.
