On a eu à faire à une dame mais pas dans cette boutique là... Juste au dessus près du supermarché et de la taverna Amelia. Alors elle nous a vendu du rêve... Pr au finale donner de mauvaises infos...si vous voulez passer vos journées dans un car (nous avons fait 10h de bus en 1 journée) elle nous a vendu des excursions et au finale arrivé sur places nous avons du rajouter pr payer pleins de choses alors que tout devait être compris. Pour nous c'est une arnaque. Aucun récapitulatif avec le programme détaillés nous ait donné.
 Hyper disappointed ..
We had to do to a lady but not in this shop there ... Just above near the supermarket and taverna Amelia. So she sold us a dream ... Pr in the final give bad news ... if you want to spend your days in a bus (we did 10 hours of bus in 1 day) she sold us excursions and the final arrived on places we had to add to pay a lot of things while everything had to be understood. For us it's a scam. No summary with the detailed program gave us.

Man wird als blöd verkauft weil man was reklamiert , es wird immer alles anders dargestellt.
Keine Reise nach Santorini buchen.
Der Bus hat direkt ein Unfall gehabt,
Die Fahrt nach Kamera wurde garnicht gemacht.
Das beste dann noch. Es wurde mit der Polizei gedroht wenn man keine Ruhe gibt und den Laden verlässt.
Die sollten sich mal überlegen wer das Geld ins Land bringt.
Wohl doch die Touristen.
Better to spend the money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in Crete for 2 weeks. I had nothing organised and then I went to this travel agency. They helped me to organise my holidays with many excursions. I've been to Knossos,Spinalonga,Chania tour,Olive festival and I booked also for a jeep Safari. All the tours were perfect! The days were shinny,the guides were professionals and the drivers drove really carefully. The jeep safari was the best of all the tours. The atmosphere in the safari car was so good,the driver was so funny and I enjoyed it!
Natasha was the one that I helped me choosing for the tours. She made me also best prices!
