Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση , και προς εμένα και προς τη σκυλίτσα μου! Έμεινα κατευχαριστημενη από το κούρεμα που της κάνανε αλλά και από την ποιότητα των προϊόντων. Δεν υπάρχει αμφιβολία ότι θα αγοράζω από εκεί πλέον τις σκυλοτροφες και ότι άλλο χρειάζομαι για την μικρή μου και θα την πηγαίνω εκεί για pet grooming! I recently heard about this pet shop and I went to my dog grooming dog and I mean, I hesitated to get some of the treats for puppies in the cashier! Very good service, to me and my dog! I was attracted by the haircut that they did, but also by the quality of the products. There is no doubt that I will buy dogs from there now and that I need more for my little one and I will go there for pet grooming!

Παω στην ωρα μου και παρατηρω μια περιεργη αναστατωση μεσα στο μαγαζι.τρεχει ενας νεαρος υπαλληλος αλαφιασμενος εξω και μου λεει, μη κατεβασετε τα σκυλια, η κοπελα εφυγε πριν λιγο, και κατι βλακειες που φαινοταν οτι με φλομωσε στο ψεμα, και απλα βαριοντουσαν να με εξυπηρετησουν.Ουτε καν ειχαν την ευγενεια να μ ενημερωσουν να μη τρεχω παραμονη πρωτοχρονιας χωρις λογο. Εχασαν μια καινουργια πελατισσα και δε θα στελνω εκει κανεναν δικο μου για τα σκυλια τους. 3/1/22 Τα ψεματα συνεχιζοναι!! Αλλη φορα να συννενοειστε τι θα λετε.ο νεαρος μου ειπε οτι η κοπελα αρρωστησε με το στομαχι της και γι αυτο εφυγε, και τωρα γραφετε οτι επαθε εμφραγμα δικος της ανθρωπος!! Ντροπη σας για τα ψεματα.Ενα pet shop δεν ειναι καλο επειδη ισως εχει καλες τιμες η κανει καλο γκρουμινγκ, αλλα οι ανθρωποι.Οταν λετε ψεματα με τετοια ευκολια ειστε κακοι επαγγελματιες,.Μπορει να μπλοκαρατε τις απαντησεις μου αλλα στο ηδη υπαρχον κειμενο μου μπορω να προσθεσω! Αντι να ζητησετε ενα συγνωμη, που ταλαιπωρηθηκα μεσ τη βροχη παραμονη πρωτοχρονιας εχετε το θρασσοςνα μου λετε παλι ψεματα ??? Shame awful service. When I went home I realized they gave me the cheapest quality, which costs half a price than I paid at all other local pet shops. Maybe it was a one time mistake but I am not keen on coming here again...better stick with my usual pet shop
