★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποια ποιότητα;;; Η μετάφραση που μου έδωσαν ήταν κάκιστη. Στο ελληνικό κείμενο της μετάφρασης υπήρχαν μέχρι και λέξεις αμετάφραστες. Έγραψα email ζητώντας να μου ξαναστείλουν τη μετάφραση διορθωμένη, αλλά δεν απάντησε κανείς... Τα λεφτά τα πήραν όμως... Ντροπή....
What Quality ??? The translation they gave me was wrong. In the Greek text of the translation there were words untranslated. I wrote an email requesting that my translation be corrected again but no one answered ... The money got them ... Shame ....

Παναγιωτου μιλησε μαζι μου 20 λεπτα να μου εξηγησει ακριβως τι χρειαζομουν και ετσι καταφερα να αποφυγω και ταξιδι σε αλλο νομο. Εξαιρετικοι επαγγελματιες.
Excellent service, great people and with an interest in what exactly each customer needs in order to serve in the best possible way. Mrs. Panagiotou talked to me for 20 minutes to explain to me exactly what I needed and so I managed to avoid traveling to another prefecture. Excellent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ φιλική και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση, ωστόσο σε ένα από τα έγγραφα που παρέδωσα για μετάφραση υπήρχαν αρκετά λάθη... Ήταν το μοναδικό έγγραφο το οποίο είχε εξειδικευμένο λεξιλόγιο, στα υπόλοιπα δεν υπήρξε κάποιο θέμα. Καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχει μία έξτρα δυσκολία όταν πρόκειται για επιστημονικούς όρους (αν και ένα λάθος υπήρχε και σε καθημερινή λέξη) και αφού το επεσήμανα ήταν πολύ πρόθυμοι και έγιναν οι διορθώσεις χωρίς κάποια επιπλέον διαδικασία/χρέωση. Απλά πιστεύω ότι ενδεχομένως θα μπορούσε να είχε γίνει άλλη διαχείριση για να μην υπάρχει και η οποιαδήποτε καθυστέρηση ως αποτέλεσμα
Very friendly and polite service, however in one of the documents I submitted for translation there were several errors ... It was the only document that had specialized vocabulary, in the rest there was no issue. I understand that there is an extra difficulty when it comes to scientific terms (although there was a mistake in everyday word) and after I pointed it out they were very willing and the corrections were made without any additional procedure / charge. I just think that maybe another management could have been done so that there would not be any delay as a result
