Τουλάχιστον ερασιτεχνική η συμπεριφορά τους...... I bought a sofa worth over 1000 € and they were late for days to bring it so as not to leave space in the store !!!!!!!!!!! At least their behavior is amateur ......

V	Valantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά με το κατάστημα πριν προβώ στη παραγγελία για να σιγουρευτώ για την διαθεσιμότητα καθώς δεν δέχονται αντικαταβολή. Με ενημερώσαν οτι υπάρχουν αρκετά κομμάτια σε απόθεμα, και την ιδια ημέρα ολοκλήρωσα και πλήρωσα την παραγγελία. Μετά από 4 ημέρες(3 εργάσιμες) χωρίς καμία εξέλιξη για την πορεία της παραγγελίας, Κάλεσα στο κατάστημα σήμερα και περίμενα κάποια απαντηση. Τελικά έλαβα ενα email που αναγράφει οτι τελικά δεν υπάρχει και μου το πρότειναν ένα άλλο το οποίο κόστιζε +40. Για αυτόν ακριβώς τον λόγο πήρα και τηλέφωνο επειδή το απόθεμα ανανεώνεται συνέχεια. Εν αναμονή επιστροφής των χρημάτων. I contacted the store by phone before placing the order to make sure of availability as they do not accept cash on delivery. I was informed that there are several pieces in stock, and on the same day I completed and paid for the order. After 4 days (3 working days) without any progress for the order process, I called the store today and waited for an answer. Finally I received an email stating that it does not exist and they suggested another one which cost +40. For this very reason I got a phone call because the stock is constantly updated. Waiting for a refund.

Σ	Σοφία Παναγιωτίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι αρκετά δυσαρεστημένη και πραγματικά έχω ταλαιπωρηθεί διότι παρέλαβα τρία αντικείμενα που όλα είχαν ελάττωμα και πιο συγκεκριμένα δυο σκαμπό και μια καρέκλα. Τρία αντικείμενα και τα τρία με πρόβλημα. Το ένα το αποδέχθηκαν και το αντικατέστησαν ενώ τα αλλά δυο τα φορτώνουν στη μεταφορική και το αντίστροφο με αποτέλεσμα εγώ να έχω πληρώσει και να έχω δυο σκαμπό χτυπημένα. Δεν ξέρω πως μπορώ να έχω καλή γνώμη για μια εταιρία που με ταλαιπωρεί και στο τέλος βρίσκομαι να εχω ελλατωματικα προϊόντα πληρώνουντας ως καινούργια και να μην αναλαμβάνουν την ευθύνη τους. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι έχουν παραλάβει και φωτογραφίες των προϊόντων . One was accepted and replaced while the other two load them on the transport and vice versa with the result that I have paid and I have two stools hit. I do not know how I can have a good opinion of a company that bothers me and in the end I find myself having defective products paying as new and not taking responsibility for them. S	Serafim Korobilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσφατα αγόρασα 2 έπιπλα την ίδια μερα από το μαγαζί.το πρώτο έπιπλο ήρθε μετά από 7 μέρες με πολύ καλές οδηγίες και όλα τα αξεσουάρ. Το δεύτερο έπιπλο ήρθε μετά από 25 μέρες από την παραγγελία. Οι οδηγίες ήταν απαράδεκτες βλέπε φωτογραφία νούμερο 3(αυτή η μισή σελίδα ήταν για 20 κομμάτια). Το έπιπλο ήταν ελαττωματικό βλέπε τις πρώτες 2 φωτογραφίες με αποτέλεσμα να κάνω πατέντες για να μπορέσει η ντουλάπα να σταθεί ίσια. Σε επικοινωνία που είχα με το μαγαζί, προσπάθησαν να με βοηθήσουν χωρίς αποτέλεσμα βέβαια γιατί την λύση την βρήκα μόνος μου. Και καταλήξαμε ότι δεν φτάνει το μαγαζί αλλά το εργοστάσιο. Συμπερασματικά έδωσα 180 ευρώ και περίμενα 25 μέρες για ένα έπιπλο ελαττωματικό χωρίς σοβαρές οδηγίες. I recently bought 2 pieces of furniture the same day from the store. The first piece of furniture came after 7 days with very good instructions and all the accessories. The second piece of furniture came 25 days after the order. The furniture was defective, see the first 2 photos, as a result of which I made patents so that the closet could stand straight. In communication I had with the store, they tried to help me without result, of course, because I found the solution myself. And we came to the conclusion that it is not the store that's enough but the factory. In conclusion I gave 180 euros and waited 25 days for a defective piece of furniture without serious instructions.
