★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι....πολλα χρόνια πελάτης όταν ακόμα άνοιξαν. Τους στήριξα γιατί η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καλή. Από τη στιγμή που άρχισε να γίνεται αλυσίδα τους έπιασε το σύνδρομο του νεοπλουτισμου και χάλασαν. Σήμερα είχα ραντεβού να κουρεψουμε το σκυλάκι μου και η αλήθεια είναι ότι καθυστέρησα στο ραντεβού, αφού πρώτα τους είχα ενημερώσει για καθυστέρηση. Έκανα αλλαγή στη δουλειά μου για να μπορέσω να πάω στο ραντεβού και ενώ έφτασα καθυστερημένα (ενώ τους είχα ενημερώσει για αυτό) μου είπαν να κλείσουμε άλλη μέρα για κούρεμα... Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας
Unacceptable ... many years of customer when they were still open. I supported them because the service was good. From the moment they started to become their chain they caught the neoplothic syndrome and broke up. Today I had an appointment to cut my dog and the truth is that I was late in the appointment after I first informed them of a delay. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here last week and bought a travel crate, bowls, lead etc for our new puppy. The staff were very helpful and helped us make our decision on what to buy. Products are good quality and good value for money. We would return again.
