★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When visiting Ioannina you must drop by Almond! Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Their menu caters to everyone: vegan, vegeterian and even those who are not watching their weight ;) The service is excellent and very professional and they make you feel at home . The atmosphere is very cozy and well decorated. Vasia , Stephanos and the whole Almond family will make you feel like you’re part of the family ! Most importantly, Almond is pet friendly as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cafe with a pretty big brunch and lunch menu. This spot is always bustling with young people drinking coffee; however, it does have a big food menu too! They offer a handful of vegan and vegetarian options as well.
I tried the avocado smash and one of their big salads. The avocado smash was really small and pricy- I don’t recommend it. It could be improved by toasting the bread, adding more toppings/garnishes (not just tomato and mushroom), and maybe increasing the portion size. One piece of bread with 1/3 an avocado isn’t worth 8€.
They have salads, smoothies, sandwiches, omelets, pancakes, and more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent brunch and coffee place in the heart of the city. Lots of healthy (or not that healthy) options to eat and drink. Good service and cozy environment. One of the best choices in downtown Ioannina.
