Rude personnel, slow service. They even brought us a wrong salad, we ate a spoon or two, and once we told them that it’s not what we ordered, they literally gave it to another table straight away.

I’ve been told by a local that it’s a nice place, but the experience was very unpleasant, as we sat for breakfast we didn’t feel welcome at all, we had the feeling more like we were bothering. When we’ve asked the lady that served us if there would be availability later during the day for the umbrellas, the answer a was very rude “I don’t know”. Customer service 0.

Unassuming Great taverna/cafe right on the beach. We had a Greek salad, fried cheese-balls supposedly from local cheese, roasted sea bream (tsipoura in Greek) and a bottle of water. Everything was super fresh tasting and very delicious. Simple Greek food done just right. The cheese balls had a thin crispy outer layer and were nice and very soft on the inside, but not stringy or gooey. Amazing flavour with just a hint of sourness/freshness to the cheese. The salad consisted of the usual ingredients (tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives, red onion, oregano, olive oil and vinegar) all of it fresh and tasty. The fish was priced by weight (we got a 400 gram fish) and was freshly caught. It was served whole (opened up for easy eating) with plenty of lemon on the side. The taste was fresh with no hint of fishiness at all, and had a nice roasted/grilled flavour. Best fish I've had in quite a while. I'd say it was cooked more or less to perfection. All in all, the portions were big and the price reasonable. Between the two of us (my wife and I), we couldn't finish everything. We paid € 24.50 + tip. Money very well spent! This place is mentioned twice on Google maps - also under the English name Almyra Cafe Tavern. It's the same place though.

Excellent home made food and top quality coffee!!! Fantastic live music every Saturday. Great location next to the sea. Lefteris was very quick, kind and always willing to help!

Cosy bar right next to the beach. Attentive and English speaking staff, which isn't all that common in the smaller villages. Loved their English menu - handwritten in a notebook. Went there for some drinks and had some Tzatziki, which was really tasty.
