★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα 3 φορές, την πρώτη δεν ήξερε να μεταφέρει την γραμμή μεταξύ γραφείων και μου το έκλεισε κατα λάθος, την δεύτερη δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει, λόγω κόσμου που ήταν στο γραφείο και μου ζήτησε ευγενικά να καλέσω ξανά αργότερα και την τρίτη, ενώ είχε ξεκινήσει την διαδικασία να κλείσουμε εισητήρια, μου είπε να περιμένω λόγω κόσμου πάλι και τελικά μου το έκλεισε ξανά. Απλά το αναφέρω...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ χρεώνουν ταρίφα για εκτύπωση εισιτηρίων. αν έχετε εκδώσει εισιτήρια μέσω internet μπορείτε να ταξιδέψετε με αυτά και να μην μπλέκετε με πρακτορεία που είναι αγενείς και έχουν έτοιμο κείμενο με όλες τις απαντήσεις ώστε να εννοηθεί πως ίσως και να μην ταξιδέψεις.
charge a fee for printing tickets. If you have issued tickets online you can travel with them and not get involved with agencies that are rude and have ready text with all the answers so that it is understood that you may not travel.

Αν έχετε τη δυνατότητα να εκδόσετε ηλεκτρονικά τα ακτοπλοϊκά σας και να μιλήσετε με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της ΑΝΕΣ απευθείας, που είναι ευγενέστατοι, ας μην πέσετε στην "ανάγκη" τους, καθώς εσκεμμένα αποκρύπτουν πληροφορίες προκειμένου να χρεωθείτε εξτρά απ' αυτούς.
