H	Hi People on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ηθελα να κανω καταθεση μου ειπαν να τα κανω μετρητα γιατι ειχαν ενα θεμα πηγα 3 λεπτα στην Πειραιώς στο ατμ απέναντι και οταν γύρισα ειχαν κλείσει κλειδώσει και ειχαν φύγει και οι τουλάχιστον 10 πελατες που περίμεναν I wanted to make a deposit I was told to do it in cash because they had an issue I went to Piraeus for 3 minutes at the ATM across the street and when I returned they were locked and left and at least 10 customers were waiting

Σε εκμεταλλευονται σου βγάζουν κάρτα με bonus με συνδρομή 50 ευρώ τον χρόνο και δεν σε ενημερώνουν καν για την κάρτα την απλή που δεν έχει τέτοιες χρεώσεις .Προσοχή.. τραβιέμαι τουλάχιστον 2 μήνες με αυτή την τράπεζα. Είναι ανεύθυνοι. Άμα σας κλείσουν ραντεβού με μια Αναγνωπουλου ειδικά τρέξτε μακριά σας χρεώνει κάρτες για να πάρει ποσοστά και οτι αλλο μπορεί να σας χρεώσει από ασφάλεια χωρίς ενημέρωση για το κόστος. The worst Alpha Bank. Away... N	Nick - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα ΑΤΜ γιατι τα εχετε εφόσον ΠΟΤΕ δεν εχουν χρήματα μεσα προς ανάληψη; Επίσης δεν μπορω να καταλάβω γιατί εχετε τηλέφωνα αναρτημένα στην ιστοσελίδα σας, αφου και αυτα δεν τα χρησιμοποιήτε. Why do you have ATMs since they NEVER have money to withdraw? I also can not understand why you have phones posted on your website, since you do not use them.

Μετά από 2 μήνες που τρέχω να βγαλω άκρη με τη συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα εχω απογοητευτεί από την εξυπηρέτηση γενικα απ ολα τα καταστήματα, αλλά ιδιαίτερα το συγκεκριμένο είναι το μακράν το χειρότερο. Poor service and no professionalism. After 2 months of running to get rid of this particular bank I am disappointed with the service in general from all the stores, but especially this one is by far the worst.

Τηλέφωνα στο υποκατάστημα δεν απαντάνε, χρεώνουνε λογαριασμούς με μικροποσά που πρέπει να τους πάρεις τηλέφωνο για να τα επιστρέψουνε, και σε χρεώνουνε για κάρτα ΑΤΜ χωρίς να σε ενημερώνουν ότι μπορείς να έχεις άλλη debit κάρτα χωρίς καμία χρέωση. ΜΑΚΡΥΑ!!! Alpha = the worst bank. Phones at the branch do not answer, they charge bills with small amounts that you have to call to return them, and they charge you for an ATM card without informing you that you can have another debit card without any charge. AWAY !!!
