★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση περιμενα ναα κλείσω ραντεβού κι με κοιτούσαν οι υπάλληλοι κι δεν μου άνοιγαν να κλείσω ένα ραντεβού να φύγω παίρνω τηλέφωνο την alpha bank της Ελευσίνας κι δεν μου το σήκωσαν ποτέ... Θα πάρω κι στα κεντρικά να κάνω παράπονα .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση!!!! Πέρα ότι μας χρέωσαν για δικο τους λάθος δεν μπήκαν καν στην διαδικασία να μας ειδοποιησουν ότι δεν "προχωράει"το ζήτημα μας ενώ είχαμε πάρει άπειρα τηλέφωνα για μια απλή ανέπαφη κάρτα.
Ένα ολόκληρο μήνα για να βγει μια κάρτα σε καινούριο λογαριασμό.
Αναξιόπιστοι,καθόλου επαγγελματίες.
The worst service !!!! Apart from the fact that they charged us for their own mistake, they did not even enter the process of notifying us that our issue was not "progressing" while we had received endless calls for a simple contactless card.
A whole month to get a card into a new account.
Unreliable, not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είχε κανένα αστέρι αυτό πρέπει να βάλεις. Είμαι με σίδερα από τροχαίο και όχι δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν αλλά με ειρωνεύτικαν κιόλας. Αν δεν τους αρέσει να δουλεύουν ας κάτσουν σπίτι τους. Ντροπή που υπάρχουν τέτοιοι υπάλληλοι ο Θεός να τους κάνει.
If it had any stars you should put this. I am with rolling irons and no, they did not serve me but they made fun of me. If they do not like working let them stay home. Shame that there are such servants God make them.
