★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από την άσχημη εμπειρία που είχα από ανίδεη υπάλληλο άλλου υποκαταστήματος (Κηφισιάς-Λεβίδου),εδώ μπορώ να πώ ότι βρήκα λύση και γνώση αντικειμένου.Ενα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην υπάλληλο κ.Σαπλαούρα λοιπόν ,γιατί εξυπηρετεί με τον καλύτερο και αποτελεσματικότερο τρόπο !!!
After the bad experience I had with an ignorant employee of another branch (Kifissia-Levidou), here I can say that I found a solution and knowledge of the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are only two tellers to assist customers with regular banking. Five other employees sit around waiting for someone to open an account and watch the line grow. It's ridiculous! Thank goodness I came midday to avoid the crowd.... there's only 15 people waiting. So far the average time spent per person at the teller is seven minutes. I recommend you find another bank.
**End result 10 people in front of me equaled a one and a half hour wait. I spoke with the manager and as indifferent as they were, they let me know that soon there will only be one teller to assist customers.
Alpha Bank is obviously hoping to get rid of customers.
