Ήθελα να ανοίξω λογαριασμό και μου ζητούσαν 30€ στην ερώτηση μου γιατί χρειάζεται αυτό το ποσό απάντησαν έχουν αλλάξει τα πράγματα και τώρα πληρώνεις. Μετά από αναζήτηση βρήκα ότι αυτό το ποσό είναι είναι ασφάλιση της κάρτας στην εταιρία AXA. Η υπάλληλος δεν με ενημέρωσε ποτέ για αυτό , η συνδρομή είναι 30€/χρόνο και μπορείς να τ διακόψεις ανα πασα στιγμή. Μίλησα με τν διευθυντή ο οποίος είπε πως όντως αυτα τα χρήματα είναι για αυτον τν σκοπό και δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό, απλά είναι προτεινόμενο απο το κατάστημα. Τελικά άνοιξα λογαριασμό χωρίς αυτή την ασφάλιση, ωστόσο η συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου ήταν απαράδεκτη, άκρως ειρωνική και απότομη. Καλό θα ήταν να προσέχετε με αυτό το κατάστημα και να ψάχνετε λίγο παραπάνω αυτά που λένε γιατί για δικό τούς όφελος δεν ενημερώνουν σωστά και αφήνουν ασάφειες. Θα προτιμώ καταστήματα alpha bank εκτός Πτολεμαΐδας, ακομα και αν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάποια χιλιόμετρα παραπάνω. This particular store is unacceptable. Εντέλει, μου ζήτησε όλα τα στοιχεία από την αρχή αν και είμαι πελάτισσα 15 χρόνια, με ενεργό λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας. Ήθελα να ανοίξω το ebanking με σκοπό να χρησιμοποιώ την εφαρμογή. Αφού μαζέψω τα αποδεικτικά... Μετά πρέπει να κλείσω ραντεβού μέσω ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας. Απαράδεκτο.
