V	VickyK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δευτερευούσης σημασίας η αγένεια της κυρίας στο γραφειο διπλα στα αυτόματα μηχανηματα κας Πανη,εξοργιστική ομως η αμέλεια κ η ανευθυνότητας της, 13:10 με γεματη τράπεζα απο κόσμο να έχει κλειδωμενη την εξοδο κινδύνου κ να απαντάει υστερα απο δική μας παροτρυνση στον υπαλληλο που βοηθάει στα μηχανήματα « κ εγω τι θέλεις να κάνω;;» Να μας απαντήσει η τράπεζα ή ίδια τι εννοουσε δλδ,παίζει με την ασφάλεια μας των παιδιών μας των συγγενών μας των συνανθρωπων μας που επισκεπτονται την τράπεζα στην οποια δουλευει;;;;; Πρεπει να γίνει καποιο ατύχημα για να μας πουν πως ήτο αμέλεια;;; Ντροπή κ αίσχος στην μαντάμ,όχι γιατι δε νοιάστηκε για την αμελεια της αλλα γτ απαξιωσε παντελώς το γεγονός.απαραδεκτη υπάλληλος κ επικίνδυνη ως συνανθρωπος Of minor importance is the rude lady in the office next to Mrs Pani's automatic machines, but her irritability and irresponsibility are outrageous, 13:10 with a bank full of people having a locked exit and responding after our own urging to the employee on the machines "and what do you want me to do?" Let the bank tell us what it means, it plays with the safety of our children, our relatives of our fellow people who visit the bank in which he works ??? Should we have an accident to tell us it was negligence ?? Shame and disgust at Madame, not because she didn't care about her negligence, but she totally exaggerated the fact. Unacceptable employee and dangerous as a fellow human being
Γ	ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ΑΝΤ ΜΑΝΔΗΛΑΡΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ καλό θα ήταν και για τον όμιλο και για τους πελάτες να κλείσει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα . για ιδιωτικό ίδρυμα είναι απλά ΑΠΑΡΑΔΑΙΚΤΟΙ .. It would be good for both the group and the customers to close this store. for a private institution are simply UNACCEPTABLE ..
G	Georgi Banchev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, σίγουρα δέχονται πολύ πίεση και ειδικά με τις ουρές, ραντεβού .... Αλλά ήταν το κατάστημα που μου έκλεισε ραντεβού και προσπάθησαν με όλη τους καλή διάθεση να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Very kind and helpful, they definitely receive a lot of pressure and especially with the queues, appointments .... But it was the store that made an appointment for me and they tried with all their good will to serve me.

N	Nathan Dimitriades on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Godawful. Elderly packed like animals in small space for hours without proper ventilation, lack of chairs and only one person working. After 2 hours the poor guy got up to get a signature from the manager and he was dragging his leg, probably due to poor circulation for sitting without a break for so long. So, on top of poor customer service for being understaffed, poor air ventilation in a full store and lack of chairs for the elderly, we also have poor working conditions. Imagine thinking this is acceptable.
