★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα ΑΤΜ τις μερες που εχει ηλιο δεν βλεπεις τιποτα στο display.Η τεχνολογια του να μην πω..αγοραζετε οτι πιο φθηνο σε μηχανημα..Φυσικα δεν ειστε η μονοι,και φυσικα γραφετε τους πελατες σας κανονικα,αφου τοσα χρονια δεν δινετε μια για εξυπηρετηση,μονο αρπαζετε. και οχι μονο εσεις !
 ATMs in the sunny days you don't see anything on the display. Not to mention the technology..you buy the cheapest machine..Of course you are not the only one, and of course you write your customers normally, since for so many years you don't give one for service, only grab. and not just you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλαν χαρτί για ενεργοποίηση παλιού λογαριασμού ζητώντας κάποια χαρτιά από άτομο που έχει σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας τους τα πήγε τον Δεκέμβριο όπως ακριβώς τα είχαν ζητήσει και ακόμη η ενεργοποίηση δεν έχει γίνει μετά από 6 μήνες ταλαιπωρίας και τηλεφωνιμάτων. Τώρα ζητούν επιπλέον ταλαιπωρια και άλλα χαρτιά για ένα βιβλιάριο που έχει μέσα 100 ευρώ. Είναι πραγματικά αστείοι...
They sent a paper to activate an old account, asking for some papers from a person who has serious health problems, they went in December exactly as they had requested, and the activation has not yet taken place after 6 months of suffering and phone calls. Now they are asking for extra hassle and other papers for a booklet that has 100 euros inside. They are really funny ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα με πληρεξούσιο από την μητέρα μου η οποία έχει κινητικά προβλήματα και δεν το δέχτηκαν. Απαίτησαν να είναι παρόν κ η μητέρα μου. Όταν την έφερα, η πρώτη κουβέντα ενός κυρίου Φωτ.... ήταν φουλ ειρωνεία λέγοντας μου, "ααα τελικά μπόρεσε και ήρθε ε?" Ζήτησε πολλά δικαιολογητικά επιπλέον και όταν του είπα να τα προσκομισω εγώ αντί να ταλαιπωρω πάλι την μάνα μου ή να τα στείλω με email, άρχισε και άλλος γύρος ειρωνείας. Αυτό έγινε σήμερα 27/05/2022 ώρα 11:30. Αν δεν ήταν παρούσα η μητέρα μου, θα ξεφευγα σίγουρα και θα βρισκόμουν και κατηγορουμενος....
I went with a power of attorney from my mother who has mobility problems and they did not accept it. They demanded that my mother be present.
