★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση που έχω λάβει από τράπεζα έως τώρα ! Ήθελα να ανοίξω νέο λογαριασμό στην τράπεζα και η υπάλληλος ήταν εντελώς απρόθυμη να με εξυπηρετήσει . Ουσιαστικά με έδιωξε !
The worst treatment I have received from a bank so far! I wanted to open a new bank account and the clerk was completely reluctant to serve me. He actually kicked me out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. We forgot the bankcard in the machine at the bank for 5 minutes. Showed secure bankapp, transaction receipt, passport and bank note. The lady found it very funny, judging by her smile, and said the card was blocked and she couldnt give it back. Then how on earth did I just withdrew 500€ ?!?! Now we have a holiday thats too long for the cash we have and too short to get a new card sent here by mail. Fellow dutch and euro tourists; dont use alpha bank !
