Οι υπαληλλοι ομως ευγενεστατοι και προσπαθουσαν αυτο το προβλημα να το υπερβουν . Unacceptable so much bureaucracy to open an account and not at the time I had the papers. I had to make an appointment for another day or time. The employees, however, were very polite and tried to overcome this problem.

S	STELLA KARAGIORGAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα από επίσκεψη μου με ραντεβού στο κατάστημα, στις 12/01/22 για επικυροποιηση στοιχείων μου σε τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό, βρέθηκα ασφαλισμένη χωρίς την έγκριση μου και μετά από εξαπάτηση του υπαλλήλου ότι η υπογραφή που θα βάλω είναι για επικυροποιηση των στοιχείων μου και συγκεκριμένα επικυροποιηση της υπογραφής μου, όπου ήταν και ο λόγος της επίσκεψης μου. Φεύγοντας μου έδωσε και ένα έντυπο για κάποια ασφάλεια και απάντησα με τακτ θα το μελετήσω, ενώ καθόλου δεν με ενδιέφερε κάτι τετοιο! Ευχαρίστησα και αποχώρησα. Μετα από λίγες ώρες ενημερώθηκα για την ασφάλιση μου από την ασφαλιστική εταιρεία και την πάγια εντολή πληρωμής που χωρίς καν να γνωρίζω και να ενημερωθώ σχετικά υπέγραψα μετά από παραπλάνηση! Μετέβηκα στο κατάστημα προς έκπληξη μου, και φυσικά με αγανάκτηση αντεδρασα και τότε ο διευθυντής με ειρωνεύτηκε και με προσβάλε, επιβεβαίωνοντας μου με την συμπεριφορά του ότι γνώριζε και εκείνος και ήταν σύμφωνος με την απαράδεκτη πράξη του υπαλλήλου, να με ασφαλίσει χωρίς την έγκριση μου, εφόσον καθόλου δεν ξαφνιάστηκε!!! Δυστυχώς μετά από επίσκεψη μου σε δικηγόρο δεν μπορώ να κινηθώ νομικά διότι η κάμερα του καταστήματος δεν είναι καταγραφικη και δεν έχω στοιχεία για όλη αυτήν την εξαπάτηση του συγκεκριμένου υπαλλήλου, εφόσον ο ίδιος έχει την υπογραφή μου. Ουδέποτε αποδέχτηκα και ενέκρινα την συγκεκριμενη ασφαλιση! Δεν ερωτήθηκα και δεν ενημερώθηκα καν για τα έγραφα που με δόλο με παραπλάνησε να υπογράψω! Δημόσια θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τον ταμία του καταστήματος που έτρεξε να μου μιλήσει, και να με βοηθήσει σε όλο αυτό το μαρτύριο που έζησα. Δημόσια θέλω να ευχαριστήσω τα κεντρικά της τράπεζας στο τμήμα παραπόνων για την κατανόηση τους και την όμορφη συζήτηση μας. Σε καμία περίπτωση η πράξη του συγκεκριμένου υπαλλήλου και του διευθυντή του καταστήματος δεν επηρεάζει την σχέση μου με την συγκεκριμένη τραπεζα. Ευχαριστώ την τράπεζα για την έγκαιρη εναντίωση και ακύρωση της ασφάλειας! After my visit with an appointment at the store, on 12/01/22 for the validation of my data in my bank account, I found myself insured without my approval and after the employee was deceived that the signature that I will put is for the validation of my data and specifically ratification of my signature, which was the reason for my visit. Leaving he gave me a form for some security and I answered tactfully I will study it, while I was not interested in such a thing at all! I thanked him and left. After a few hours I was informed about my insurance by the insurance company and the standing payment order that without even knowing and being informed about it I signed after deception! I went to the store to my surprise, and of course I reacted with indignation and then the manager mocked and insulted me, confirming with his behavior that he also knew and was in accordance with the unacceptable act of the employee, to insure me without my approval, since he was not surprised at all !!! Unfortunately, after my visit to a lawyer, I can not move legally because the camera of the store is not recorded and I have no evidence of all this deception of this employee, as long as he has my signature. I never accepted and approved this insurance! I was not asked and I was not even informed about the documents that deceitfully misled me to sign! I want to publicly thank the cashier of the store who ran to talk to me, and to help me through all this torment I experienced. I would like to publicly thank the bank's headquarters in the complaints department for their understanding and our beautiful discussion. In no case does the act of the specific employee and the manager of the branch affect my relationship with the specific bank. I thank the bank for the timely opposition and cancellation of the security!
