Συγνώμη για το μακροσκελές ποστ αλλά θέλω να αναφέρω με λεπτομέρεια τι έγινε ώστε άλλοι σαν και μένα να αποφύγουν το κατάστημα στο μέλλον. Η υπάλληλος δεν ήθελε καν να με εξυπηρετήσει! Πιο αναλυτικά, είχα πάει για τη χορήγηση ενός δανείου (μικρό ποσό) και - Η υπάλληλος αρνιόταν να με εξυπηρετήσει αν δεν της ανέφερα πρώτα το εισόδημα μου και το ποσό του μισθού ενώ εξυπηρετούσε άλλον πελάτη και μπροστά σε αυτόν. - ΄Αφού πείστηκε ότι έχω τα χαρακτηριστικά ενός ατόμου που θα μπορούσε να μου χορηγηθεί δάνειο, δέχτηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει αν και μου είπε χαρακτηριστικά πως σπαταλάω τον χρόνο της γιατί δεν πρόκειται να εγκριθεί καθώς οι τράπεζες πλέον χορηγούν δάνεια μόνο για αμάξια. - Αρνήθηκε πως η τράπεζα έχει δάνειο για μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές ενώ στο website αναφέρεται καθαρά πως υπάρχει. Μάλιστα μας είπε και με θράσος ότι κάτι είδαμε λάθος στο website. - Αρνήθηκε να μου δώσει αντίγραφο της αίτησης καθώς μου είπε πως ο διευθυντής θέλει μία μέρα για να υπογράψει την αίτηση. (Να πω σε αυτό το σημείο πως από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της alpha bank μου είπαν πως κι αυτό μόνο είναι απαράδεκτο και πως αν υποβάλλεις αίτημα πρέπει να φύγεις με το αντίγραφο του αιτήματος σου υπογρεγραμμένο και από τις δύο πλευρές. - Στο προσυμβατικό χαρτί, έλεγε πως πρέπει να συμφωνηθεί αν το δάνειο θα έχει σταθερό ή κυμαινόμενο επιτόκιο και δεν φαίνονταν πουθενά ότι το επιτόκιο θα ήταν όντως σταθερό. Στη συνέχεια, ήρθε ο διευθυντής στο γραφείο και αφού με ρώτησε τι σπουδάζω (του απάντησα Ιατρική) μου είπε ότι την ίδια αγενή εξυπηρέτηση κάνουν και οι γιατροί στους πελάτες τους. (Είμαι άνθρωπος που δεν θέλω καν να αποτελώ τον ασθενή πελάτη καθώς νιώθω ότι και μόνο αυτός ο χαρακτηρισμός μειώνει τον ασθενή που χρειάζεται σεβασμό). Δεν ήθελα να ακούσει την δικιά μας πλευρά και μας είπε πως ότι και να κάνουμε να μην περιμένουμε δάνειο από το κατάστημα τους. Μετά από αυτό αποφάσισα να φύγω και υπέβαλλα το παράπονο μου και στα κεντρικά της Alpha Bank. Όλοι αξίζουμε μια στοιχειώδη ευγενική συμπεριφορά όταν είμαστε καταναλωτές. Μακάρι να είχα ψάξει σχόλια για το κατάστημα πριν λάβω αυτή την συμπεριφορά. Very very bad service! Sorry for the lengthy post but I want to go into detail about what happened so that others like me can avoid the store in the future. The clerk did not even want to serve me! More specifically, I had gone for a loan (small amount) and - The clerk refused to serve me if I did not first mention my income and salary amount while serving another client and in front of him. - .After being convinced that I have the characteristics of a person who could be granted a loan, she agreed to serve me although she typically told me that I was wasting her time because it will not be approved as banks now grant loans only for cars. - He denied that the bank has a loan for postgraduate studies while the website clearly states that it exists. (I am a person who does not even want to be a patient client as I feel that this description alone reduces the patient who needs respect). I did not want to hear our side and he told us that whatever we do we should not expect a loan from their store. After that I decided to leave and I submitted my complaint to the headquarters of Alpha Bank. We all deserve a basic kind demeanor when we are consumers. I wish I had looked for reviews about the store before receiving this behavior.

Και αν έβαλα 2 αστέρια είναι μόνο για την ταμία, που σηκώνει όλο το βάρος του υποκαταστήματος. Ή κλείστε το ή φέρτε προσωπικό για τα ταμεία, όχι για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Το 4 προς 1 είναι τέλειος άκυρο... (στους 4 βάζω και τον Δ/ντη... )??? The worst branch ever ... And there is nothing wrong with covid at this stage. And if I put 2 stars it is only for the cashier, who lifts the entire weight of the branch.
